Absolutely useless establishment. My appointment was confirmed multiple times throughout the week. I even got called to confirm the day of my appointment. Not even an hour later I get a call from another location in Santa Clarita (because they are for some reason in charge of the appointments jere in glendale) to tell me “the doctor wont be making it in today”. So they’ll berade my phone with calls throughout the week only to tell me I wont be able to get my eye exam done. Absolute joke. Do not bother coming here.

i give JC Penny Optical 10 stars great doctor very pleasant but the best part of my experience was Jesse Banales the Optical Manager great attitude and great customer service and the prices were great. i recommend using JC Penny Optical. 10 stars

I want to share my great experiences with the J.C. PENNEY Optical department. I already had a eye exam from a previous doctor. I just went in to get some frames.The manager Jesse was super attentive and took his time to explain how progressive glasses work. I was unsure and rather hesitant, but his calm and informative demeanor reassured me and after having my glasses, I'm glad I got the progressives. It was a quick 1 week turnaround to get my glasses and Jesse was kind enough to cross examine which avenue would give me a better deal, (my insurance vs. J.C.P sale discount)Thanks to him and his team I would recommend them any time.

My wife had an eye exam which turned out to be wrong numbers .and the doctor gives her an expired eye drops. So I will contact board of California for eye doctors to file a complaint.

I will never come back to check my eyes and buy eye glasses at jcp optical. they charge more at the end of thr transaction than they tell you in the begining. and the glasses came out not what I wanted...

to be honest, I never liked the service in jispenni. but in one day my opinion was changed by the worker Minella. she was sympathetic and tried to help me in all my many questions, despite the fact that it is noticeable that she is still too new. except that she made a return when I did not have a receipt for purchase, she also taught me to save on my own purchases. simply, guys, go to their website and almost always there you will find coupons.

Called them during business hours, and they would pick up the phone, and hang up. Kept calling because it made me furious. They would either send me to voicemail, or pick up, and leave me hanging. Assholes.

I went to jc Penney for the 60% sale on frame & lenses, after 30 mins waiting I picked out a generic frame for $80, and the girl that worked there said my glasses costs $400 with the discount. How could this be? Jc Penney and her jacked up the price to $1000 then pretend to give me $600 off so it can be $400. People don't fall for this crap! Go to Costco, you can get a designer frame and lenses for under $250.
