The actual flower arrangement of Sunset in the Tropics was beautiful and arrived just as shown in their catalog images, which was wonderful! Our son and his fiancée loved it! Delivered on time too! Most excellent!

Very disappointed for their service. They are know for their boxed flowers. My husband ordered over the phone for March 8 (international women's day) he said boxed flowers they made hand bouquet at the time of pick up. Very simple red roses wrapped in a red paper nothing extra no leaves nothing. Charged him $180 for 15 simple roses ridiculous. Stay away from this flower shop they are ripping people off selling $50 roses for $200. Never giving them my business.

Stunning flowers and even better customer service! They always make sure their customers are happy with their products. I have been ordering flowers from them for years both for myself and for friends and family and I have never been disappointed! Absolutely beautiful flowers to brighten up anyone's day. I just went in here to buy a few fresh cut roses but was enchanted by their product! What an amazing way to receive flowers. I'm looking forward to sending (and hopefully receiving!) these in the future.

Last night (Sun), I was looking for a bouquet to gift for Lunar New Year and J'adore was one of the few places that actually has Lunar New Year themed bouquets. Initially, I was planning on having the flowers delivered on Sat for the holiday, but there is a V-day price surge starting this Wed ($70 difference for my bouquet). So, I decided my options were either Mon or Tue, and my recipient wasn't going to be home on Tue, so Mon it is! I selected my bouquet and left a long paragraph message for the florist. The next morning, I was surprised to receive a picture of my bouquet for approval. I thought that was really smart and thoughtful of the florist. My recipient was really happy with the flowers. Fingers crossed that they'll stay fresh until Sat! Thank you so much for the quick turnaround, and for being so accommodating:)

Ok fellas listen. These guys put together and delivered flowers to my girlfriend within the span of 1.5 hours from when i ordered them, that were so amazing that she was damned near in tears when she called to say she received them. They weren't cheap but hearing how much she enjoyed them, I feel like I got every penny of value from the service, delivery, and product. They are my new go-to for florist needs.

Always come through with the most beautiful arrangements of flower designs. It doesn't matter what time of year or type of flower they do it the best. The best part is the flowers is that they'll last a long time giving your girl the most time to appreciate them. I'm old school so sending flowers is a must for all men to send to their girlfriend to show your love.

Order was placed day early, the card shows as bday gift and they want to delivery 7pm or the next day when we are leaving for bday dinner. What a waste of time and energy. They charge you arm and a leg but service is worst than ever. I would not recommend wasting your time. Go to a traditional flower store and get your flowers much faster and same flowers for a lot less. Not on that when you ask for a refund it will take 7 days!
