“Spent 1 hr on the phone with TMobile to remove a number from my account and add another - after 5 hours the process with the new number wasn’t done right. Walked into TMobile in the Glendale Galleria and lucked out by having the Store Manager Erick help us out. He got us a cool new number, a new SIM card and checked on my plan in less than 3 minutes.
