First time visiting this lovely boutique and had a great experience. The sales assistants were very helpful and attentive. They helped my daughter with pulling dresses for the fitting room and with zipping zippers. Great selection with lots of different colors and styles. My daughter tried on about 8-10 dresses and found THE one! We will have it tailored to be more functional for her as she is a musician and will be performing in it on tour. Definitely recommend!

Customer service is top notch and dress selection is AMAZING!!! The dresses are unlike anything else I've seen in LA and the fact that you can customize and have alterations done quickly is a bonus! I love this place and will only buy my evening wear from here. If you want to stand out and look like one of a kind you need to come here!!!

We had a lovely afternoon here while prom dress shopping for my daughter. The consultants were very helpful, listened to what we were looking for, and brought us a few other dresses she might like. Didn't hover, nobody was pushy, and had a fast turnaround for dresses if they needed to be ordered in different sizes and colors. We left with a perfect dress. Thank you for such a positive experience.

I came here in search of a specific dress for Prom. From the time i entered the store, Iness and her team was very helpful.. They asked the necessary questions to customize to our needs.. They were patience with us and very welcoming... They gave us as many options and even brought out exclusive dresses for my daughter.. There was a group of guest that was in there that was giving them a hard time and Iness and her team was still helpful with them and even us! Because of her great customer service and beautiful dresses, we said yes to the dress!!I highly recommend this place and look forward to seeing Iness in 7 days when i pick up the dress! Thank you!

Iness costumer service was amazing , I had been struggling to find a prom dress for months drove all the way from Long Beach and found my perfect dress. The employees were so helpful made sure I was comfortable and treated me with care.

Have you ever wanted to shop, look and feel like a princess? Well now you can, and that's exactly what I did at Iness. I have a black tie event coming up and a friend of mine suggested the shop Iness I was skeptical because I generally don't love boutique shopping, but the experience was so pleasant I can't imagine shopping for a dress again any other way. When we arrived we were greeted by the nicest girls who made us feel so welcome. Like ladies in waiting, they were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my experience and the dress I decided to choose. There were gowns at all price points and so many different styles and sizes available. Thank you ladies again so much for the amazing experience! I will be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a formal dress.

Today I took my daughter to look for prom dresses. She must have tried on 15 dresses, most she LOVED, and were actually in our price range! Since my daughter was a little undecisive, we ended up leaving. The girls that helped us were so sweet, and understanding, never pushing us to purchase or make us feel guilty for leaving! I actually went back into the store after we ate lunch to let them know how much I appreciated their time & kindness! I would absolutely recommend this to any of you moms out there looking for your daughters prom dress! So many choices, and so reasonably priced! Bonus, the ladies are super sweet, and helpful!
