I was a walk-in for x-rays with no appointment. Everyone there was very polite, welcoming, and helpful. They actually technician was very professional, which I really appreciated. I would continue to use this facility for my future x-rays
Compared to the last place, I had x-rays with an appointment mind you in Pasadena was not a very good experience so I’m that note this facility is very good. It was a very good experience and I will be back.

Have been waiting for an X-ray for the past hour. The receptionist has not even taken my insurance information yet…. Very disorganized location. Will not come back nor recommend it.

horrible experience, unprofessional and unreliable service, completed scheduling, unprofessional management....
If my insurance gives me chance with a different location or different imaging company I will definitely change it...

The xray technician was great, but the reception customer service and wait-time (45 mins after my appt time I was finally called) was not good … Pretty frustrating when parking is charged at a high rate per minute. Will go elsewhere in the future.
