“Every staff person I encountered was polite and happy. Very good queensize bedroom with new bathroom. Table for two, large desk table, coffee table and pull out couch. Had a microwave and fridge. Everything was very clean and smelled fresh in the room. I liked that the window could open. I felt safe to walk in area to coffee shop, grocer and a few restaurants.”

“This place has been super chill to my parents during dinner difficult visits. They were incredibly accommodating, understanding, and were able to help make the trip easier on them during their daily visits to the hospital (for someone else not them). The place itself is nice, rooms are comfy and the location is solid. You're right by so many things on brand and beyond.”

“Very satisfied for our weekend stay! The area surrounding the hotel is very clean, the Galleria was walking distance from where it is located. Staff is very polite and attentive, and Michael was an excellent member of the team who made our stay and guests feel very welcomed! The pool is nice, as well as the fitness center and the complimentary breakfast times are perfect. I would gladly return in the future if I were to visit again. There is a small bar for alcoholic drinks on the second floor, mostly where all the amenities are. Again, thank you Michael for your hospitality and Hampton Inn for such excellent service!”

“Rooms: When booking was told we could get a rollaway bed for 3rd person by 3rd party booking
When we got there they don't have rollaway beds and rooms are too small for them. my 17 yr old granddaughter and I had to share a double bed and we are both use to our own space. It worked out okay but don't appreciate being told something that isn't true by choice hotel”

“I like motel type hotels where you can park your car right in front of your door, so I always use them. The room smells a bit but is clean. I would like them to stop temporarily closing the store from 6:30 to 7 p.m., when there are a lot of people checking in. I was told that my room would be cleaned once every three days, but sometimes I could have it done earlier. The location is great. The price is also cheap. Wi-Fi and TV were broken for a while, but have been restored.”

“I have stayed at Victory Motel multiple times in the past this year. The staff are very friendly and family orientated. I work for Triple AAA in Burbank when I don't feel like going home after working 12 to 16 hours shift I come to my second home here highly recommend it if you like to have a good night's sleep in a safe place and in a good environment with great family owners, then this is the place”

“Cute little cozy clean room with a microwave and tiny fridge. I decided to stay here to recuperate after the birth of my daughter to get away from everyone I loved it. Good price as well. Very quiet. Very tranquil, I'd definitely come back again. Thank you to the owners who gave my first baby the red and orange blanket she still has it.”

“Last week we took a trip to Universal Studios in Hollywood and we booked this hotel for 2 nights. The price is quite reasonable and close to where we wanted to go.
This is a big apartment complex, we're on the third floor, there are plenty of parking spaces to park every night.
This is an old complex but well kept, clean inside and outside. The front desk people are quite pleasant and helpful.
Although it's old, and would have gotten a 5 stars if the shower was good, but it wasn't, the water pressure is very weak, the hot and cold water don't mix well, on and off. The shower head is so small with poor water coming out. I like a nice shower after a long day outside, but this didn't do it for me.
The room is efficiently big for 4 people, the AC works extremely well especially on hot days, the fridge is cold.
Over all the place is nice, close to Starbucks and Jack in the Box. I walked to get coffee every morning, although there is coffee in the room and on the front desk area.
The Ice machine on the 3rd floor doesn't work so we had to walk down to the 2nd floor.
The beds are quite comfortable.
One thing I didn't like was parking fee $10/night. This is totally unreasonable, may be I didn't read the fine prints when I booked this place or may be how all the hotel in Glendale do that.
The Wifi is good even on the third floor.
Will we come back here again, we don't think so, because we do like a nice shower every night and morning and this place doesn't provide that.”

“These guys were amazing, the room is good for the price, they had helped me I was having some car troubles and they were happy to assist.

Rooms: The rooms are ok the one we had the AC is pretty loud but other than that it was great”

“Honesty I was a little apprehensive approaching this hotel, which is more like the motel format with two open floors of small rooms circling the parking lot. But wow what a pleasant surprise! Very nice clean, modern interiors. Despite being right beside a fairly big street the room was quiet. There are nearby shopping and eating options. Nice area. Great bargain for the money.”

“I read the reviews before booking and I know each individual will have a different experience, however, I knew i wasn't staying at the Waldorf Astoria or a roach motel type either, I was just back packing through southern CA ,so I went on priceline and booked the best price friendly option possible close to Burbank Airport....it is a smaller hotel and that was ok because it was walking distance to a Food truck and a grocery store, served it's purpose for me of a one night cheap stay, room was clean, huge comfy bed and huge showerr with plenty of towels and hygiene necessities....check in process was quick since I was prepaid, Sweet Lady and husband asked for a 20$ cash deposit for the key and the check out was quicker.. got the 20$ back and off to the airport the following day.. My only small observation was that there was NO coffee pot as I am a caffeine addict but I already knew this ahead of time, maybe the owner might want to add this bonus.. I will come back again..

ON A SIDE NOTE- I saw a few Reviews where someone is pointing out the owners ETHNICITY, well please keep in mind this is Southern CA, melting pot of all Backgrounds, colors and shapes and sizes someone's country of origin who owns the establishment shouldn't be used to discourage others.... and ALSO, if you walk out front of the hotel and look left and right you will see the TILBURY INN is competing with many hotels and huge hotel chains... all in all I think they're doing great”
