Worst Home Depot i have ever been to. the idiots from Loss Prevention are following and hiding to check you out. If they see your box open just a bit open, they tell the cashiers to check it out. I hope i never see those guys out on the street .

After 5 years a loyal customer for Home Depot I had the worst experience ever with a manager and supervisor store name called ALEX very unprofessional he didn't return this item after use it 2 times and the way how he explained and embarrassing me in front of all the Clint's i wish some of the management read this and take a action . A company like Home Depot history they don't allow to have a people like this in there management.

This 1 star is for the corporation who wants to tow cars in their empty parking lot of 300+ spots at 9:30 pm for people who are trying to skate across the street that has hardly any parking spots . Home Depot would prefer young women to walk multiple blocks at night with no street lights and all the creepy weirdos outside instead of parking in their nice bright lit parking lot a couple feet away that no one is using .Thanks Home Depot for looking out .

Employees are standing around at the registers but there is nobody on the floor to help. All of the tools are locked up, I've asked for help twice and nothing. They have a lot of stuff here, just no service people to help. I don't even see employees in other aisles either. Wow. This is frustrating. Phillipe was a big help and it wasn't his Dept. Thank you phillipe.

This Home Depot location is around the corner from our parking lot and we come here like couple times a week. As the full service moving company we always need different kind of tools and supplies and this is the best place to get everything at one place. As soon as we stay at this parking lot we will keep going to this Home Depot location.

Hmm not sure why this home depot is so low in stars but I had a great experience here. I came in the morning so there was no crowd. I got one of those portable AC units and the people were nice and patient with my questions and helping me pick one out. Thanks

** Dogs Welcome** I didn't have Betty with me as it was too hot. She was home in the a/c for this trip. I had a few questions about wood stain and I happened to find a gem Robert who works for Behr at various Home Depots in the area. Robert gave me some great ideas and lots of info. Some outside the box ideas too! Did you know that your info and favourite paint colours can be saved in their system in the paint department? I used historical landmark reproduction colours on a rental in Bungalow Heaven in Pasadena around 2005. I remembered one colour name but my binder with all paint info, etc disappeared during a move so I don't have that info anymore. If I had known that could have been saved I'd have the other 2 colours. Robert saved one and helped me find a close second to one of the other colours and saved that for me in the system. This can be looked up with your phone number. Parking lot was half full, found a line that moved quickly. Cashier wasn't so friendly but it was hot and maybe she was about to leave for the day when I walked up. I was looking for 24x36 plexi/ acrylic sheet to replace broken glass in a poster frame. They didn't have it but Erika was very friendly and helpful.

Sorry for the low score Home Depot. Although you have a great selection of tools and related items to include services.... you failed to take care of the customer at this location. What does that mean? Lost sales and lost profit as I will not shop at this location moving forward. When I arrived I was informed you price match other retailers like Lowes, Walmart, etc. I'm in the market for a new jigsaw and battery (DeWalt) called before coming down (20 mi drive one way) to make sure it was in stock and if price matching was an option. I was assured of both. Excited I was on my way. The jigsaw and battery were in fact in-stock, and the salesfloor associate was very helpful.... BUT, his supervisor Mark, was not so helpful. I showed him what I found on the Walmart website, a great deal for a new "in the box" Dewalt jigsaw and battery at a great price. Marked looked it over and said NO. "I can't beat that price, you're going to have to buy it on line." I reminded him he could have a sale right now and the potential for a long-term customer.... who could potentially spend $1000s of dollars at this location in the future, because I felt I was taken care of. My total purchase would have been around $230 today.... then add what I would have purchased for accessories, extra blades, tool bag, etc. and guaranteed future customer to spend more.He looked at me confused then made the following remark- "The merchandise Walmart sells could be stolen, that's why its cheaper." Seriously? So no sale Mark? You're going to allow me to walk out of the door empty handed? You're OK with losing a customer today? He replied, "Sorry." Me too Mark. You could stand to learn a little more about retail, become a better, smarter business person and improve yourself in the way of taking care of us (Customers). In return you gain market share, reputation, customer trust, customer confidence, sales, and profit as I come back again and again. Once again, sorry for the less than favorable review, but it's necessary.Good day. *See photos to view price match and pricing Home Depot vs. Walmart. BTW, I saved lots of money shopping at walmart.com. :D

I have a complaint about return polocy With my recipt in hand and the item still in anopend bag lady refused to take it back because it was purchesed by home depot gift card Its the second time this happend to me at the same home depot and same clerk I spoke with my friend that works at same home depot store and he said should nt have any problems returning the items with receipt I have spent close to $15000 in past year at this store for my house remodeling needs and i have 2 home depot credit cards After paying them off i will cancel both my account

We love the annual Christmas tree lot here at Home Depot. They usually set up the trees right after Thanksgiving and the hours are the same as the store : 6a.m. - 10p.m. We come back every year because the prices are reasonable and the tree selections are overall nice. Customer service is very helpful . Once you purchase your Christmas tree, the workers will adjust the tree height and trimmings to your liking. Downside? They don't deliver Christmas trees to your house. They WILL ;however, help tie the tree to your car so you can safely transport it to your destination.

4/2/21 Once again came to the Glendale Home Depot. Living so disappointed with their lack of organization and stocking. The only reason I keep coming here the Convenience. This place is very poorly run.

While at the Glendale store today 2/17/21, I was in the paint department and it was time to get the paint color I needed. I asked a young female Hispanic employee with long hair., couldn't see her name tag, about a paint color. Will, I pointed to a paint can brand, on my phone, and said I am looking for this color. Will this tired employee who was rude, said in a smart mouth that's not she was lucky I was in a good mood, but I will not ever let her help me. She needs to be put out in the parking lot pushing carts alone.
