Terrible, experience they disputed the credit card dispute after charging me a non pickup fee because I didn’t fall for their bait and switch trying to charge more for another car, and telling them that we want to cancel because they don’t have the car that we booked.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS FILING COMPLAINT WITH THE STATE AND THE BBB.

Absolutely garbage in every way. Didn’t have our car, lied about new pricing for replacement vehicle, still charged a fee for non-pickup, didn’t answer the phone to refund now have to do it through the credit card company, doesn’t take apple wallet cards, wasn’t the only one, multiple people in the lobby waiting for the same thing.
Ended up just getting a Touro car from the touro app was easy and great.

Follow up: 1+ months later.
We disputed the “cancelation charge” on the card, because they didn’t have any car, except for an electric car, that they lied about the price about, and was more expensive than the one we booked and arrived on time for, and they had the audacity to dispute the dispute and provide they’re cancelation policy. Now we have to dispute the dispute to keep these scammers called Hertz from taking 40$ for free from us.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. LET THIS BE A FAIR WARNING GO ELSEWHERE.

Terrible “not my problem” service. Refused rental on basis of not having my passport with me even though the email confirmation asked only for drivers licence and credit card.

Daniel (manager) has to be one of the most immature people to work with. I didn’t have any sort of interaction with him, but I had to overhear the conversations with his employees. Daniel is unreasonable and thinks his stubbornness is a joke. His giggles were making me angry and frustrated at the seriousness of the situation, I can only imagine how his employees feel. I truly hope Daniel gets relocated or re-trained and is taught basic human compassion and consideration. What a horrible human being to be stuck with for 8 hours a day.

I had a very long wait, and my representative, Ryan, did not explain what prepaid gas means. As a result, I ended up paying for the gas even though I had filled up the tank before returning the car.

Avoid. Super slow service even for pre-booked pickups. When we returned the car they wanted to charge a cleaning fee for some crumbs from my kids that were very minor. My wife had to pick them out by hand. Worst rental place we have ever used. Have used Hertz many times but this location is terrible.

This is the last time I book with Hertz. Second time I’ve showed up to a Hertz with a reservation and they tell me they don’t have the car I booked and must pay $20 more per day for the cars they have available. Scammers.

Terrible! This is the most terrible experience of my life! I made a reservation for a car online and when I arrived at the store, They told me that there were no cars available. Although I received online confirmation. I had a business trip planned, and all my plans fell through. I spent $60 on Uber and it took about an hour to get to the store. The manager was very rude and said that if I didn't leave he would throw away my license and my bank card too. I'm just shocked. I'm very upset, I wasted money and time, my trip was cancelled.
