My husband and I had a great experience shopping for my engagement ring and our wedding bands. Annie was very professional, patient and knowledgeable. She took the time to provide us with information on the different types of diamonds, shapes and clarity - something that all other companies didn’t offer. We never felt pressured to purchase and were very comfortable in discussing the different options and preferences. Soon after purchasing, we set a wedding date within 3 weeks. We later called and asked if our order could be rushed to receive in time for the wedding. Brian submitted a ticket and got back to us a few days later to confirm they could have the rings ready in time. We were so relieved and thankful for the great service we received. We highly recommend Annie and the helpful staff at Helzberg in Glendale.

Amazing experience! I’ve been shopping for the wedding ring for months with lots of anxiety and questions coming from not knowing where to start And what to look for. It was particularly more difficult for me due to my ever so shifting busy schedules.
Mary has been very thorough and patient with me throughout the 2-3 months of this journey, professional through her recommendations and analyses of the pieces and options being offered. I know for a fact that I’ve gotten a very lovely and amazing piece thanks to her help. Would highly recommend to friends and I already did so for my family.

This place is a joke, they ordered my wife' wedding band wrong even when they took the measurement. The sales associate has the audacity to ask for an email to release the band for a returning customer and said it is store policy. What kind of store policy is this??? What a joke of a store. The associate treats me as if I am a thief. Never have I experience such a horrible service that warrants me to write a review for an establishment. I am never coming back to this store. This establishment has lost a long time customer.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Helzberg. I had been shopping at every jewelry store in town for months, dealing with bad info and pushy, slimy sales tactics left and right, to the point of returning an engagement ring at another jewelry store. Coming here and working with Mary was the bright light I’d been looking for, as every step of the way I felt welcome, informed, and taken care of. Mary was the first person to take the time to educate me on diamonds, walk me through the entire process of grading and actually choosing the diamond, and helping me build what we actually wanted. I now have the dream ring to propose with, the perfect diamond, and the comfort that not only was my choice correct, but I have the best protection for the piece that I could ever need. Don’t waste your time looking anywhere else - learn from my experience and come here from the start. You will not be disappointed!

Our girl Mary is the BEST! She helped us find our wedding bands and got to know our personal styles while never making us feel pressured to pick something.
