I went in to find a gift for my boyfriend. Every single person was so nice and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me decide and even tried on the chain I was interested in so that I could see how it would fit on a tall male. They helped me find the perfect gift. I'm so happy I chose to visit Hart's Jewelry & Pawnshop. I will definitely be back!

Came in to take a couple links off my watch, service was amazing, was greeted by nice people and was off with my watch within 5 minutes. Noticed an amazing Rolex collection for sale, and the person helping me told me that they always have watches coming in and out, especially like this rare Paul Newman I got a chance to take a picture of. Such nice staff! They have a beautiful assortment of jewelry, and tons of other stuff, including electronics, cameras, collector items, etc. The owner is super friendly and their way of doing things is super clean and efficient. They also have an eBay and Etsy store, where you can find even more jewelry. Definitely recommend stopping by!!

I went to this store. I had a bike with me, instead of politely asking me to park my bike outside, I was yelled at, "NO BIKES IN HERE!" by an angry man. I looked over and saw a motorcycle on the floor and asked why I couldn't put my bike next to it. Instead of offering polite customer service and explaining that even though there was a motorcycle in their store, they couldn't allow a bicycle, but instead the angry man yelled again, "NO BIKES IN HERE!" and he was so rude, I just went next door. There is a pawn shop with a very polite young man next door who does not yell at his customers as soon as they walk in. FYI. The owner says I never walked in.... yet he is able to describe my gender... LIAR! FYI. Harkop, the owner, has anger management issues, DO NOT GO HERE!

Came here for the first time for a watch repair that I needed immediately. I just happened to be in the area and came across this spot on a Yelp search for watch repairs and this was the only one open early that was close to me. I was a little hesitant because I saw that it was a pawnshop and I could have just waited another 15 minutes for the other places to open that were also near by. I decided to give it a shot and I'm glad I did! This is the nicest and coolest pawn shop I've ever been to, they don't sell an excess amount of random items just laying everywhere, they sell quality jewelry, new and vintage, along with other cool and rare vintage items. The store feels very safe and is kept very clean. The people that work there are very nice and helpful. Jack helped me and fixed my watch very quickly. Definitely a cool spot to check out and see what they might be selling from time to time.

I went in with a friend who needed to get a loan on a Rolex watch . She had previously went to the neighbors pawn shop and was offered half of what was allowed at Hearts. Friendly staff, the owner Hakop was very friendly and my friend and I both felt safe as the entrance door looks and only opens as you get buzzed in . Nice and clean like a high end Jewlary store. Great overall experience.

I came here with a friend of mine to see if I could find a simple chain and I was wowed with how many options they had. I found what I was looking for in no time and I loved their prices. The price of this simple chain would have been hiked up had I went somewhere like macys and the quality wouldn't have been half as good. Shoutout to Hart's Pawnshop for always have the best items at the best prices!
