Went in by accident yesterday to look for a new jacket or sweater for my son. We were taking a quick shopping break and getting a snack at the crepe place outside, talking about where to look next. We spotted Children's Place and thought we'd tried briefly because it is super packed in there and a little hard to walk around. Wow, were we surprised! We found an amazing jacket hidden away in the shelves at a great price! The manager, Shelby, was so incredibly helpful! She was so sweet with us that we are already making plans to go back on Sunday for some pants and sweaters. She was even playing with my son and he was so happy and talking about how nice she was after we left. Hold onto her because she really is the best thing about that shop .

I don't live in Glendale. We stopped to grab food before driving home and I saw The Children's place. I had to stop and get my grand babies some clothes. (Shelby) I hope that I spelled her name correctly, she was amazing. She was super friendly. She helped us with so much and never acted annoyed. I was in the store a good hour or two. She called other associates up to the counter because I had a big bunch I was buying, so that the other people didn't need to wait. I thought that was just awesome. As most stores just make you wait. I absolutely love buying clothes on clearance especially for the little ones as they grow so fast. I spent less than $90, and saved over $500 that I added up myself. Thank You so much for all your amazing help and cheerfulness. Regina.

Thank you Shelby for your help today. You greeted us with a smile and checked us out. Keep smiling and being helpful. Also, my 6 yr old said she loved your hair :)

This is by far most worse childrens company I have dealt with they charge your account and send you an email with a delivery date and when I check the status of the shipment I noticed it's still saying a label is being created this is after 6 days have gone by. I called today which should of been the delivery date and now they are saying they have till 11-16 for delivery and they are refusing to cancelled the order. They will not give me my refund until then. Will never be purchasing online with them any longer. And this is speaking to a supervisor.

My husband and I went to the store to do a return from an online purchase. We had both our kids (2 year old and 3 month old) with us because we figured we'd be in and out quickly. Boy were we wrong. When we walked in we saw that there was almost no one in the store and I thought it would be quick. We went straight to the cash registers (the path there was rough! Everything was a mess, walkways were too small for a stroller, clothes on the floor got caught in the stroller; absolute disaster) and tried to stand in line. There was a woman being helped to the counter and another woman standing a few feet behind her. We stood behind that woman, but then we noticed another woman with two children standing to the side of the registers. We asked her if she was in line and she said yes. We finally saw a sticker on the floor that indicated a line, so we stood there. Ten minutes later I'm starting to wonder if there is someone else that can help because the same woman is being helped and there are now two people behind us in line (plus the two women in front of us). I see a girl walk up to the registers and breathe a sigh of relief. I shouldn't have. She decided it was time to look at her clipboard- for another 6 minutes. Then she turned around and stared at the mess on that counter. At this point the first woman waiting in line asks for her to help her and she says someone will be right with her. The woman in front of me decides she's been waiting too long, puts her stuff on the counter, and walks out with her two children. Next we see another girl come up- maybe now we will be helped. Nope. She starts talking to the other girl...at the register! Good grief. The first girl- who I'm guessing was a supervisor or something- opens the register and starts playing with the coins. Just moving them from slot to slot as she's talking to the new girl. Maybe she was trying to look busy? Finally the woman who was standing in line the longest gets helped by the new girl and when she leaves the girl goes back to talking! Now we are waiting again. I'm trying to keep my two year old from a total meltdown and keep his mask on, but had he not been there I definitely would have said something to these girls. I don't know if they saw my son getting antsy or what but they finally helped us and we were in our way, to navigate out of the store that looked like a bomb had gone off in it. For the record: 30 minutes of waiting in line and the woman that was at the counter being helped when we walked in was still being helped when we left.Horrible experience. My husband said we are never shopping at a Children's Place again. Normally, I calm him down and explain to him why we need to go back but this time I am on his side! Second store we'd been to in a few weeks and though the first one wasn't this bad, I still didn't like it.
