Went to the store to return a pair of shoes HARDLY worn 1 time. Toe was busted up and bleeding from the shoe being too small after assosiate told me it would “open up”.
Gave me blisters everywhere and now the are unwilling to take back. Hope they make this right. Store manager Rosa is the absolute most cold hearted Individual I have met in a very long time. No understanding at all.
Hope Gucci makes this right. Should be a shame to have her as a manager.

Ahoy fashionista Yelpers. With lots of "real" Gucci stores around (Glendale Americana, Beverly Hills, Beverly Center), there's one very excellent reason to make your Gucci purchase from the curated collection at the Gucci inside Bloomingdales -- the Loyalist points.Bloomingdales' loyalty program ("Loyalist," free to join) provides, at the least, a $25 gift card for every 5,000 points earned. While each point is $1, many promotions provide for 3x points per dollar, or more. So, while you are earning points with your credit card, you earn additional Bloomingdales' points in the store or in either of the Glendale boutiques -- Gucci and Louis Vuitton. Even more points are earned if a Bloomingdales credit card is used.Bloomingdales' gift cards earned from points can be redeemed here too. Another plus is the incredibly sales staff at this location. Everyone is made to feel welcome. While the store is a bit smaller than a regular Gucci shop, the selection is excellent. I've picked up a few pairs of shoes here that I did not see elsewhere.Not that anyone needs another reason to shop Gucci. Cheers!

Stopped in on a weekday evening about an hour before closing and they were very busy. I did not see what I was looking for but a gentleman named Andrew was so kind and although he was already helping a couple of other people, made sure to greet me and ask if he could also help me. He magically produced what I was hoping to find. He was very kind and also fun to interact with. Although they seemed short staffed (just like every place else in the world right now) the SA's all went out of their way to try and be extra kind. This was my first purchase outside of a regular Gucci boutique. Only cons are a smaller selection but that is to be expected inside of a Bloomingdale's. Over all, I would recommend stopping in!

My family and I are regulars here at this particular location. The customer service is amazing! We were provided water and treated like celebrities. Truly appreciate the customer service and we also recommended this location to many other friends and family. Excellent service Gucci!

Wow the reviews are all over for this location! Some of the experiences sound so horrible, but i am basing my review off of my two experiences so far. I love Gucci when I want to be flashy and make a statement so I usually shop at Gucci when I've seen something I really liked online and want to see/get it for myself or have an event where I want to stand out. I have only purchased, not exchanged or returned anything so I did get amazing customer service and literally everyone was friendly and sweet to me whether it was a big or small purchase (I did both). I also brought my toddler who was running all over the place and everyone was friendly and didn't mind. The boutique is small and inside Bloomingdale's so there's not much compared to others not inside the department store but they still have some of the popular stuff and sometimes you have to ask if you're looking for something in particular cause it's not all displayed. My stuff was also packaged really nicely and didn't take as long as when I wait for my stuff to be packages at a bigger Gucci store. I guess I was lucky with lines because I went once before thanksgiving and again this month and had no problem with line wait. Usually the only place I have to wait for is LV or Chanel. Parking is easy as it's all structure but this mall can get pretty busy and sometimes it'll take some time to actually find a spot . It's free too which is a plus!

So I brought my wife's purse by July to get it repaired, or I've been calling nonstop to the Gucci customer service people cannot even give me a straight answer. Or the manager they tell you that they're gonna call you in 72 hours. That never happens what happened to you guys. Please don't make any excuses that is the pandemic. Guys this is not how you treat customers at all this is wrong I've been requesting for a manager for two months already and I'm still waiting for the phone call

I would like to give this store a ZERO stars, but couldn't. My husband bought me a purse from this store a day before Christmas. After unboxing the box on Christmas Day, the purse is not what I expected, just wasn't my style. I let the purse sit in the box and I ended up buying a Fendi purse instead, more of my style. We came back to this store to return the purse 4 days after purchase and they do not want to return it with reasons it "looked" used due to the creases on the purse?! Umm... leather has creases when you open & close the flap??? The lady salesperson is the rudest! I even thought of doing an exchange instead if she were nice but no, she decided to be the extra rude, extra ignorant of what customer service means. NEVER AGAIN I will refer anyone or come back to purchase a purse from this store. Btw, you guys need to train your salespeople not to talk crap about their neighbor store (LV) just to get the sales. LV customer service is nothing compare to you! I purchased a purse from that specific LV and they were very helpful, not too pushy, and polite!

This store was horrible! Waiting in line for 45 minutes to enter for a return while people are leaving, friends are being let in your he line did not move ! After driving for 50 minutes to get there and 45 minutes in line we are finally let in. And lo and behold only to be tile they would not take the return because it was bought at a Gucci store, wha ??? The are a flagship of Bloomingdale's !!!!! I replied but we called Gucci looking for a purse and they sent us here !! Oh I know we told them not to do that ! Horrible horrible service !! Oh and add to the a $30.00 parking fee !! Buy Louie Vuitton don't waste your time and definitely don't buy from this store !!!
