I wish I could give below zero stars-- I had the worst customer service experience at the Glendale store. I received a gucci bag for Xmas and decided it was not the right bag for me. I purchased from the Gucci Beverly Hills store where the sales associate, Mark was incredible. However, the bag just didn't fit my style and I decided to return it. Upon arrival at the glendale store, the sales associate was extremely rude and stated that she could not return the bag because there were no "price tags / stickers" inside the bag. Granted, I had both a paper receipt for proof of purchase. The sales associate stated the "receipt means nothing". They inspected the bag as if it was "stolen" or "counterfeit" and reported they would not process the return. The manager Diana was not only rude and dismissive, but racially profiled me as if I stole the bag. I contacted the customer service team as well as the BH management team and they were exceptional. Do not waste your time at this store - they only want to take your money. Everyone who works there was not only unprofessional but acts self-righteous. Do yourself a favor and go to Louis Vuitton instead !

I came to the store to exchange my husband’s belt and ended buying more things there. Our SA, Austin was amazing! The luxury world needs more SA like Austin!!! He was kind and patience. We were greeted by a friendly front woman, she then introduced me to one of the SA, he was friendly and professional but I guessed he was busy with other customers at the time so he had Austin helped us. While waiting for Austin to put my orders together, I browsed around the store and saw another SA treated his clients professionally even they didn’t buy anything. I like this store, I thought to myself. Then as Austin was explaining the prices on our orders and gave my husband permission to be behind the counter to show his display screen as he explained for better understanding, another female walked up and told my husband in a aggressive tone that my husband cant be behind the counter. Austin told her it’s okay but she still giving us the look as if we were harassing Austin and stealing behind the counter. We weren’t even talking loud or having an argument. I am not sure why she did that. We are clients that are paying for the goods, not beggars. You have a job because of clients. Unless we are really touching anything or anyone behind that counter without an SA with us. I don’t appreciate being treated that way. If it’s not because I really like Austin’s professionalism, I would have made a scene with her. Aside from that incident, I had a wonderful time there. Thank you Austin and the two persons greeted me.

I had the worst experience at this location with Selina. I brought my shoe in for a return and didn’t have my receipt but I got the shoe two days ago. She pulled up my order and said we can only exchange. I agreed because I needed another size. She then starts looking at the shoe and accuses me of giving a worn shoe back to her. I purchased this shoe 2 days and my husband tried it on and it did not fit. This shoe was sold to me this way.
I have never experienced customer service like this. She proceeded to tell me the shoe is not in sellable condition. It was crazy to me how there was no issue with the shoe and how she made it seem. This shoe has NEVER been worn. My fault for not checking before buying.
She was so rude to me I will never go back to this store.
I found my receipt but I will not be going to her anymore. This was a ridiculous experience.

Returned an online purchase to this store. It was never sent back to the warehouse by the store so it took a ton of phone calls and follow up on my end to finally get my refund a month later. Store manager (Diana or Diana - I don’t remember) was very dismissive when I spoke with her. She provided her cell phone number for follow up, but her voicemail was full and she never responded to my text messages. Client service center couldn’t reach anyone at the store (via phone or email) to help me. Ultimately I found that the item I returned was never shipped to the warehouse for my refund. Once that was determined I had to wait another two weeks for my refund. By far, the absolute worse experiences I have ever encountered for a return. It took a month to get my refund.

In the mood for sushi at Katsuya? Well, the Glendale Katsuya closed down and is now a Gucci store! That's LA for you. OK back to Gucci. It is truly a beautiful store as they made great use of that large Katsuya space. Since opening, they've added a lot of menswear which is nice. Gucci's new designer is trying to return to the classics, so you'll see less of that graffiti stuff and more traditional designs with some modern updates. Some Yelpers complain about the line outside. It's not a snooty thing; just the opposite -- it's to prevent the grab-and-run criminals who have been all over the Americana these days. And if you have a salesperson, make an appointment and there's no wait at all. Sales staff at this location are particularly friendly, as one is assigned to each guest as they enter. Not pushy. If you're feeling funny about shopping in a Gucci boutique, don't be. My experience is that they treat everybody like VIPs. Five stars and of course five dollar signs as well. There are no sales at the boutiques but I'm lugging stuff around that is 10 years old and the drip is still there. See you at Katsuya. I mean Gucci.

Excellent customer service. As a family we come to shop here often and are always made to feel special every time we stop by. From the manager to the sales associates here, everyone provides the best service possible. This is why we keep coming back to Gucci. The Bloomingdale's location is amazing as well.

After buying a new iPhone and iPad and buying jewelry at Tiffany's, I had the misfortune of walking into Gucci Americana. Not only did they want me wait outside to come in but I felt judged. Why? There has never been a store that asks their customers to stand outside a red velvet rope. Disappointing.
