AVOID donating to this location. Incredible rude and ungrateful manager at the donation center.

Clean, organized helpful staff. Clear price points on garments and items. Jenny exemplifies the best customer service. Please please increase her wage. She's phenomenal and the reason I come to this location only!!!

The customer service and cleanliness at this Goodwill are fantastic! I adore the staff. They are friendly and helpful. Everything is organized and priced. Right near restaurants so you can shop and get a snack.

VERY POOR customer service. A very RUDE manager. I am an old customer in this branch, everytime buying over $100,today the manger was taking care of register because of a few exchanges She took 2 of my items and said they need price check ,each was $7.99 and she changed each to $16.99 for USED DONATED ITEMS !!!!! YOU CAN'T CHANGE THE PRICE EXACTLY THE MOMENT I AM PAYING. I'm going to report this to the center as well.

One of my favorites! I always leave with a lot of stuff. Today I found 14 items :) Confused if this is burbank or Glendale but they have a quick turnaround and tons of donations so you can spend a long time in the store if you like to look through everything like me! Most of the workers are nice, and Gabby in particular is always friendly and I always greet her when I'm in the store. Parking isn't great, there are only three or four spots in the back where donations are but street parking shouldn't be hard to find if you circle the block.

This used to be great for furniture before they changed things, they do have a lot of clothes if you're looking for that! My complaint is there was four people inline and they called manager to register for price check, after that she left even though line got longer, she should be fired! , she could of called for help!

I quite like this store and feel that generally the staff care whether it is clean or not, try to help. Yesterday I met the exception and she was the MOD. I am an extremely friendly person much to the despair of my children and was chatting to the male clerk- who was great. I had some returns from different stores, I should have realized when I saw the eye roll that things were not going to be good. I truly try to keep receipts with goods, but things did not go well- I had muddled things up, and then one bag was past the 60 day rule by one day. As others have said why have this rule? The MOD muttered under her breath, made me sign a receipt (this was new) with a pen that didn't work. As I told her courtesy doesn't cost. I didn't argue just took my items back. Even with my returns I spent over $100, there was no-one in line, no need to be unpleasant. I was stunned, what was her problem? The male assistant was beyond embarrassed. I took my stuff and then as I was going through the door she yelled Have a nice night! Why do people take jobs involving customer service when they do not like people? Why was she the MOD? There are far more deserving people out there! I would have given more stars but for her!

I wanted to buy pants. The fitting rooms and restrooms were closed but I was assured I have 2 months to return if either pants don't fit. One didn't. And the circus began. I couldn't find parking because it was a street cleaning time/zone. I drove to the nearest goodwill and was told I have to go back to the store I bought from even though my receipt says 'return to any goodwill store'. So I drove back and parked over two blocks away. Stood in a long line only to be told returns are the other line over (no signs nor indications). Stood in that line and was told they don't do refunds, only exchanges. I brought another pair of pants, hoping for the best, then I was charged $2.50 extra because pants are no longer on sale-- they were yesterday. I brought this pair home and, at least, they barely fit. All this because fitting/restrooms are closed due to some mystery.

I've visited many other goodwill locations and this particular goodwill left a bad first impression. Staff was rude.It was an hour before closing so im not sure if they were tired and just wanted to go home. Also item prices were pricier than other goodwill stores. The whole reason we go to goodwill is to get a good deal right?!..anyways glad I checked this place out so I never waste another minute there

The times I have called, the person answering the phone has always been pleasant and helpful. I have only donated so I'm not sure how it is inside the shop. When I showed up to donate items the gentleman inside was quick and friendly. He managed to help a few donators in just a matter of minutes. They email donation receipts, which I also find a plus. There is free street parking, but sometimes it gets pretty full. So you will find a spot to park, but sometimes it may be a short walk away. I saw another reviewer posted about being upset that the employees allegedly get their pick of the donations. Considering that they hire people who sometimes need a second chance, I would not be bothered if this was the case.

I generally enjoy this goodwill and most of the employees are nice. However, today's manager on hand was completely rude and unprofessional. I believe her name was Jenny? Goodwill policy states that any item can be returned/exchanged within 60 days yet she refused to take 3 of our items. She was extremely sour faced and not only rude to us as customers but rude to her fellow coworkers as well. If I could give this 0 stars, I would.

This is my favorite goodwill and I would give 5 stars but there is a worker here that is really bad. First and foremost, there are 2 ladies here named Jenny and they are both amazing at customer service and I enjoy coming here to be helped by them, BUT JANET on the other hand is rude and has a horrible voice when announcing things. She announces with an attitude and also was dogging my cousin and I for being at the register 10 minutes BEFORE closing. Either way come here to find really cute things at good prices!

They get all their merchandise for FREE! And now they're charging so much that the needy can't affiliate it. They say they're there to help people. I asked the checker how they are determining their prices and she just looked at me with a blank stair. Seriously-a plastic pumpkin is $13! YOUR A THRIFT STORE. Who the hell is in the back thinking they know what they're doing. Looks like they're back there trying to figure out how to raise the price. And then they have the nerve to ask for a money donation when we pay. If you don't charge thrift store prices like you've done in the past, I will never donate any money to this place because with these prices it looks like they're just a big corporation who wants to rip us off.
