My experience was terrible.\\nThe process of communicating with Golden moments was extremely long and wasted a lot of time. I would get a response once a week with updates which made the process extremely longer then expected. So take that Into consideration while deciding.\\nI had a nightmare of experience with my shipping.\\nI received my package extremely late and after the date I was given. Which delayed a lot of other planning.\\nThe packages got lost in the mail which delayed the shipping even more.\\nThe stress level was overwhelming and something nobody should go through especially a bride dealing with a hundred other things going on a month and a half before your wedding.\\nWhen I received my packages the came in two boxes and came on two different days a week apart. Getting them after the date I need them. I need to send them out ASAP to give my guests time to RSVP. I contacted Vivian showing all the damages and broken, chipped pieces. And she accused me of damaging them myself with saying I “wiped them to hard” the care instructions advice customer to clean product with a microfiber cloth. Why would I damage my own wedding invites that I paid alot of money for. The mirrored invites add chips and smears all over them. Noticing all these the damages as I took them out of the box in complete shock. I tried cleaning one, very gently. The invites were not packaged with care. The were placed in a oversized box with no wrapping around the invites to separate them from scratching against each other. As a customer paying A LOT of MONEY. I got ripped off with cheap quality.and no proper care.\\nI wouldn’t recommend this business to ANYONE!! They don’t value their products or customers.\\nShe told me to send a picture of the damaged box and I did. She responded to me after I expressed to her that the invites were already two weeks late being lost.\\nAnd I have no time. The only thing she said was send back the invites and she’ll get new invites within two weeks. After going through a nightmare with shipped delays and late product I felt that that was not a fair resolution. I ask for a refund and she never got back with me. I could tell the type of business person she is and knew she wouldn’t be the type to own up to business package mistake. I made the mistake of using this small business for my wedding invites.\\nTake my advice and go somewhere that has business values and owns up to production mistakes.\\nIts unfortunately that I had to deal with such stress and disappointment with golden moments. I would hate to see someone else go through the disaster I went through.

I worked with Golden Moments to create our wedding invitations and from beginning to end, it was very seamless. Vivian and her team took our vision and made it a reality every step of the way. Not only were we pleased with the end result, our guests were blown away by the finished product. We will be using their team for future needs leading up to our nuptials. Vivian and her team are an absolute pleasure to work with! They are professional, efficient, creative, and very sweet. Vivian helped me design the most beautiful, tasteful, and unique wedding invitations and place cards. All our guests made a comment that the invitations were the best ones they had ever seen. Save yourself time & wasted money. Terrible quality. Terrible Service. Do your research. I got screwed by them. The owner doesn't seem like she has business skills. She never responded to my last email. Don't let it happen to you. Don't let them RUIN your special Day/ Event. Packaging is terrible. THEY DO NOT CARE!If you live outside of California especially. They do not package the products with care. They say they are NOT responsible for anything, its because they don't value the customers and their products they spent A LOT of money for. They take your money and leave you with nothing but stress and confusion and damaged products.Beware....

Vivian did excellent designing a custom request for my wedding invites. Communication was clear and quality is impeccable. I ended up needing to reorder a set of RSVP cards after receiving my invites due to changing the date and vivian was able to get those printed and sent off in a timely manner. Thank you for the beautiful work - very excited to send the invites off!

Golden moments made our thank you cards x10 better with her unique touch to it. She also made us a custom logo that completely matched our theme. We can not wait to see our guests reactions to our beautiful cards!Golden moments are your on stop shop. You can get your wedding cards, thank you cards, seating chart, and table numbers all from her!And best part is they are all handmade by her so no one will have the same as you!

Vivian is creative, professional, and so kind! She truly loves what she does and her hard work shows. Im so happy I found her to make the most beautiful wedding card i've ever seen. I had multiple guests call me to tell me how amazing they were! I'm not one to care about bridal details but creating this card with Vivian was probably my most favorite wedding experience.I can't thank her enough! I will be recommending everyone to go to her!

Easy 5 stars. Was referred by a friend who got their wedding invitations here. They gave me a price quote and then we handled everything through email. I never even had to go in person, which is convenient for me because I'm pretty busy with work. I got a sample kit in the mail so I already knew what the colors were going to look like. Will be returning for signs closer to the day of my event.

They were responsive until they received my deposit. Once my deposit was received they became extremely non responsive. I had 2 weeks until my event and they were still not responding to finalize my order. I had no choice but to cancel and hopefully find somebody else last minute and losing money on the deposit I already paid. I recommend not using this company to avoid being left hanging on orders for your special day. Make sure to read all the negative reviews before ordering because they are all TRUE.

Vivian has been an absolute pleasure to work with! She's helped me with my bridal shower day of details, my wedding invitations and now my sons Christening! From seating charts to bar signs to table numbers and most important - invites! It's understanding that as a small business owner you're only one person and getting back to everyone the minute they text is impossible but what I love about Vivian is that she'll never leave you unanswered and will get back to you within 24 hours. She's made sure that all the little details of my events have been perfected and will never leave me disappointed. It's been such a pleasure working with her! I cannot wait to see what my sons Christening details are going to look like. Thank you for always being by my families side during our big days!! Highly recommend Golden Moments!

If I could give Vivian -1 star I would. Similar things that happened to Nairi Kristina A. and Natalie F happened to me. In the beginning she makes it sound like she cares. The way her voicemail and automatic text responses are set up, she sounds very professional and you think she has her stuff together. But this is not the case. I do not have social media and I do not yelp. But weddings are so important and I felt this needed to be said. I wish I would have read the yelp reviews before getting involved with Golden Moments, because I had to go through stress and frustration. On top of that I am now so delayed that my invitation timing is off by a terrible amount. ..More stress to say the least. Vivian has horrible communication. And when I am going to spend (or am spending) money on goods/ services, especially those that are a lot of money, the most important thing is to be communicated with and to not be kept wondering, to not be kept without answers, and to not be not-responded to. Here is her poor communication over 1 week. All taken place during her "supposed" Regular Hours... Dec 7 AM- I emailed her... No Response Dec 8 PM- still no response, so I called her... No answer, No Call Back Dec 9 PM-still no response, so I called her Again... A miracle, she picked up and then emailed me a quote Dec 9 PM-I followed up with some questions/concerns... No Response Dec 10 AM- still no response, so I texted her... No Response Dec 10 PM- still no response, so I texted her Again... No Response Dec 11 AM-still no response, so I emailed her... No Response Dec 11 PM-still no response, so I texted her... No Response Dec 13 AM- she finally emailed a response Dec 13 AM- I followed up with some questions/concerns... No Response Dec 13 PM- still no response, so I emailed her Again... No Response Dec 14 AM- still no response, so I called her And texted her... No Answer, No Call Back, No Response Dec 15 AM- still no response, so I emailed her... No Response Dec 15 PM- still no response, so I am writing this review
