I usually don't write reviews, but when it's needed I need to write my honest review. Couple of times I went in and kinda got rejected and the lady with the glasses brings up excuses that the tailor left early or they can't sew the clothing I gave them!!!! I'm actually glad that they didn't sew my clothes cause when I read the reviews and got an idea that this place is no good for sewing. I know why they reject few customers cause they know they can't do a great job and don't know shit!!!! I don't recommend this place!

This place is a joke. Overcharged and not even done nicely. I paid 150 to get a dress fitted and they didn't even STEAM the dress. Picked it up super wrinkled. Kind of ridiculous. Money hungry scammers. Would NOT recommend

I am so upset for unprofessional behavior one of the tailor that her name was Janet . She was so rude and refused to do my versace swimsuit because I just told her hold my item for wearing again! When i called by phone and asked the receptionist when can i come for fitting the tailor told the receptionist I don’t want to do for her tell her I am not be here and she didn’t realized I was hearing her voice on the phone. I haven’t had unprofessional behavior without any reason to the customer before. I don’t recommended her as a good tailor you can deal other tailor if you want to happy with your service.Service: Women's clothing alterations

I sent them a suede jacket that needed cleaning and dyeing. It was a mess. They did a superb job. Art is responsive and a true craftsman!

Unbelievable I walked in because I had a question to ask the front the young front desk girl didn't even say hi or anything so I greeted her while I was asking her my question she didn't even say one word she just pointed to someone else for me to ask the question. She needs some attitude adjustment.

The most unprofessional dry cleaner that doesn't know anything about dry cleaning or tailoring. They ruined my custom made drape and the table runner. After going back and forth for almost three months, they weren't able to fix the ruined drape. So frustrated and mad because they weren't cheap either! Basically, I paid them to ruin my drapes and runner. One of the runner came back with a black stain that wasn't there when I took it there!

My go to for dry cleaning and alterations! Incredibly convenient that it's within a supermarket and their service is very fast! Staff is great, very reliable and reasonably priced. Janet is amazing, would highly recommend!

Ive been looking for a new cleaners and this had pretty good reviews. Number one it's inside SuperKing which it didn't mention anywhere so it took me forever to find and that parking lot is always the WORST. I dropped off my things and everyone was definitely nice. I came to pick up on Sunday since their hours on here and updated covid hours in their shop and on their door says they are open. Well they are not. I wasn't sure if they just didn't feel like coming in or what but it was an inconvenience that they just shut down without updating hours. Then I picked up my items, the stains were out of the clothes which is great. Are for other items, some of which were pillow covers and they came back worse. Not only were there still feathers stuck on the cases everywhere, but they came back smelling awful. Like perfume or cologne mixed with smoke. They absolutely did not go there smelling that way bc we are a smoke free hold hold and don't do perfume nor cologne due to my sensitive nose. I couldn't even put them on my pillows. I've left them outside for 2 days and they still smell awful. I'll probably have to go dry clean them again somewhere else. Literally giving 2 stars because they were nice and cleaned a couple of the items, but I'm being generous.

I got patches sown on a hat and my wife got a blouse altered. We received very nice and personal service. We also ended up gettin a bit of a discount because we had multiple orders. I loved the personal touch and the results were impeccable!

The service is outstanding. They greet you with a smiie and show you that they really care. The place is really clean compared to other dry cleaners. Their workers are really kind and talk to you like you're an old friend. They open early which is very convenient. Definitely my new place to press my uniform for work. Oh and if you need your boots shined you can always go next door to Maya's! Thanks Fernando.

I made a stop here due to the amount of 5 star reviews this place had.Upon arriving I was immediately greeted with a smile and a "Hi good morning, what can I help you with" I brought 3 bottoms and 2 tops each with different alterations that were needed. Maria went over each item with me and was so friendly when we were going over what I wanted.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
