It would be nice to provide a 2 or 3 hour window when scheduling a pick up. Luke the driver will be there between 9am to 11am or 1:00 to 3:00pm. so the customer can be available vs just guessing what time the driver will come. I missed the first visit cause I was running errands not knowing when to expect the driver.
