I have been coming to this urgent care for several years. Their service is always quick, compared to any other urgent care around. The doctors are very caring. Dr. Cheng is the one who helped us today, he even speaks Armenian. He was genuinely concerned and very heartfelt with helping us. The x-ray technician is very nice, always makes jokes and tries to make us happier. He also speaks Armenian. In general, everybody is very nice and knows what they are doing.

I came here because this is one of the few urgent care locations my insurance accepts. I went on a Friday midday and only doing two stars because it was fast service. I came in for a potential ear infection (ONLY my right ear was of concern, I explained that many times to them). The dr came in and inspected my ears with that one handheld tool. I explained how ONLY my right ear was showing symptoms and concerning me. She inspected my ear with that one tool; she checked my right ear first (the one I had previously mentioned was the only one I have an issue with) and WITHOUT changing the ear guard on the tool, she then checked the left ear…. I’m not sure how deep/shallow ear infections go until, but wouldn’t have changing the ear guard on the device/magnifying glass been the safe option, to avoid possibly contaminating my other ear ? If my left ear wasn’t infected, it (probably) is now…. Pretty sure it’s possible to have ear infections only in one ear at a time. I had mentioned several times that only my right ear was bothering me. Are they not supposed to dispose the ear guards away immediately ?I saw the Dr leave the ear guard that went into my ears on the counter ….the trash can was right there…(i explained this situation to a pharmacist and she even said they shouldn’t have done that, the dr should’ve changed the ear guard ).. not only this, but after the dr came in and ordered someone to conduct some rapid testing, someone came in and asked me if they had done the testing …. Isn’t that why medical places have patient notes on a board or something ? A few minutes later, the same nurse asked me what my name is……. This place seems a bit unorganized. When I arrived to the pharmacy, they had to call and make sure one of the prescriptions was ok to switch ( for a similar medication, only slightly different ingredients), and the Dr said the other one (the one the pharmacist recommended) was what the Dr actually meant. The Dr had selected the wrong one because of how it “shows up in their system”. Staff was mostly nice though.

I have been to this urgent care location multiple times and overall I think they’re very good because they use real medical doctors, not physicians assistants or nurse practitioners. If you go to an emergency room, I guarantee it is going to cost more and you will be waiting a lot longer to be seen and also repeatedly asked the same questions even though you have filled out paperwork, so I don’t base the quality of care on that.
If you do any investigating between here and Hollywood and Pasadena, you will discover that most urgent care locations no longer provide real doctors because they don’t want to spend the money for them.

Went in on a Sunday morning around 10 am, not too busy. (Got busy a few minutes after my arrival)
Went in for a swollen ankle, check-in and paperwork was easy. Payed my co-pay.
Was seen by a nurse rather quickly (15-30 min) seen by a doctor with in 30 min. X-rays taken about 15-20 minutes after that, and results in about 20 minutes.
Front desk was just a tiny bit rude, only reason I gave a 4 stars out of 5. Everyone was very sweet.

We waited over an HOUR for an X-ray appointment with our 1.5 year old! By the time the X-ray technician finally got off the phone, our child was completely wiped out. There's no way they would have sat still for the procedure. We had to leave with nothing done, which is incredibly frustrating.
Front desk staff is nice though.

Unfortunately this is the closest urgent care to us with our current insurance plan
With all the respect to all the people who work here, they are offering a very poor service. The place is old. communication between the staff is horrible. They ask you the same questions 10 times and the doctor still asks you what is the problem. Normally they write you prescriptions by guessing what kind of illness you have instead doing any checkup. On my last visit I had skin rash. The doctor told me it’s food allergy without even checking the rashes and gave me some allergy medicine. She was completely wrong. Apparently I had some skin infection from poison ivy or something

Doctors are very kind. The pharmacy for receiving the medicines prescribed by the doctor is located nearby, which makes it easier for us to find medicines.

The worst urgent care ever! The doctors making assumptions and prescribing antibiotics without any test. Me and my family was diagnosed there few times wrong.

The wait was not too long, about an hour and half to get seen, but the doctor ended up just saying he would give me ibuprofen and that I should go to my PCP for a blood test. My PCP was the one who told me to go to Urgent Care to get a blood test urgently because they aren’t available for 2 weeks and it should be done while I am having symptoms. Very unhappy at the wasted time, the complete disregard of my concerns, and denial when asked for a simple blood test. Sadly, this is only one of only two urgent cares that take my insurance and I hope I never have to come back here.

I never use this horrible, urgent care with unprofessional worker even management I talk to them this is second times you charge send me wrong bill and proof that I paid that and they trying insurance charge you more whatever I call the insurance never charge me more for covid test and also I asked them if I do Covid test prices different they told me not anyway zero star. Thank you.

I was seen more quickly than expected. The staff were very nice and Dr Chen is wonderful. He spoke to me respectfully and made me feel at ease, prescribing exactly what I needed. It was my second visit in a couple of years and both were good experiences.
