DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD HERE!!! Second time I am getting fraud done on my account after using it there. It has also happened to my friend. Anyone uses their Credit card there will have fraud done. BEWARE

Store employee was rude. First time entering this smoke shop and I can promise you I will never go back or recommend anyone to do so. She sold me broken ignite Vape, after purchasing 1 min later I called her to let her know that no smoke is coming out. Instead of giving me good service she tells me we do not allow returns on vapes. I really Don’t care about the 20$, but that is not how you should be doing business. Highly recommend you putting a sign saying if you buy broken vape from us then there are no refunds.

Worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. I stop by the store to purchase a Ignite vape. Once I get in the car I open it to use it and no smoke is coming out. I immediately call the store and let the worker know. In a very rude and unapologetic tone tells me that she can only give me a $10 discount as opposed to a refund or even exchange. That is horrible customer service and I would not step in this store again. They should invest in a sign that says we dont refund broken Vapes.

Selection wasnt the best and the lady here wasn't the nicest. Not a bad shop if you live local but there are so many better shops that are close by.

The girl working was not wearing a mask. The customer that came in behind me wasn't wearing one and wasn't asked to mask up. Won't return not worth the risk.

DON'T GO HERE. Bought two puff plus' and both were fake. I spent $17 and it lasted less than 24 hours. They told me they can't do anything about it and the manager was arguing with me about it on the phone. They don't know how to run a business nor do they know what loyalty between a customer is. I would rather go somewhere else and spend more!
