After reading all the 1Star reviews for Glendale Nissan Service Dept, I decided to write my first experience and give 5 Stars!March 2023 I Leased brand new 2023 Rogue SL. After 5000 miles, time for Oil Change, volume button broken, and sometimes having hard time to car to start.I made an appt. for Tuesday 7 am to drop off my car for service at Glendale Nissan. William Fortner welcome me with a smile on time, and asked for the problems , told him and said car be ready at 4:00 pm.I left work early to go pick up. William said that my car Not Ready since there is battery issues and the tech still working and charging so will take time!I got shocked and said that if the battery having issues for a new car ,meaning that 's defective and need to be replaced! I refuse to drive with that problem!!!William understood immediately and did the Impossible Possible!I want to recognize William's great and outstanding Customer Service!It's so hard to find someone like William working with all his heart to keep customers happy so the Company can have good reputation!Nissan is lucky to have an employee like him.Thanks so much William for your help!!

Joke of a management team and finance team. Per usual while purchasing a vehicle everything is smooth and sweet. Once you leave the dealership everything is forgotten about. As goes to why most people stay away from dealerships. Instead of being sales people maybe learn how to build long time relationships with your buyers which may go a long way. Hope corporate teaches that in their training session. Never have I seen or met such unresponsive and irresponsible group of personal all working together.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Johnny, Sergio, and George were amazing! They took the time to help us find a great SUV. I really do appreciate the service that my family and I received. I will be coming back the next time I want to get a new car.

Had *three* shitty experiences here while trying to buy a used car, before I learned my lesson. Very glad I didn't. They hand you off between different reps and managers; many promises are made on the phone, then once you're there they evaporate. They apologize and wheedle and tack on surprise things.

Trash dealership. Sales reps can't be blamed too much. But upper management for sure forces sales reps to make a sale no matter what. So glad I wasn't closed. I'm in sales myself and I know about the customer experience and how to facilitate and delegate a proper sales experience. Went to another Nissan Dealership who provided a true customer experience and I bought a fully loaded Frontier Pro-4x (I probably overpaid but they are a better business with a more functional sales team, so I don't feel too bad).Wish I got my almost 6 hours back waiting around and being given the run around at this Glendale Nissan. Y'all be good.

Sergio the sales rep was on it, extremely knowledgeable and great customer service all around Shadi the General Manager was extremely helpful and gave us the best for our trade in that anyone can offer all around, I highly recommend this place but you have to come and see Sergio and Shadi My daughter is now a happy new car ownerThank you Shadi Thank you Sergio

They are a good car dealer and work towards matching your needs and budget. They are extremely patient as they were willing to allow multiple test drives. The finance process was simple as we had a pre app but they still helped us to see if we can get a better rate. We'll be going today to pick up the car. Sergio was the salesperson and he helped us and also gave us alternative solutions that may work. Overall a great place to go for a car, used or new.

I'm looking to make the switch to an EV vehicle to stop paying crazy gas prices, so I Reached out to several Nissans dealers.This one in particular was very aggressive in making an appointment with me.Management Emailed me multiple times (Vincent, Ralph & Manana) - text messages and calls.So I agreed to meet them Sunday morning at 10AM. My point of contact would be Joseph Rios.This was my 4th dealership appointment this weekend. The morning of my appointment with Glendale, they sent me an email reminder just before 7AM & then a text message just after 8AM (Screen shots). I drive out there which takes me about 40 minutes. Keep in mind, I'm switching to an EV to SAVE on gas.I get there 10 minutes early and they're not open yet. The customer parking lot is still blocked off, so I parked on the street.An employee came out to move the cars blocking the driveway and greeted me - I told him I have a appointment at 10AM with Joseph Rios.So he makes a phone call to Joseph. He tells me Joseph wont be in til later in the day, but I can talk to someone named Brandon. As Im waiting for Brandon, another person comes to me and states he's Joseph - ummm I just heard the phone conversation with the first guy via speaker phone and you said you wont be in.Then a third employee comes by and says that the person claiming to be Joseph has a twin. SOOOOOOO this person isn't even Joseph, its his twin brother.He was trying to cover for his brother.Fake Joseph tells me that the Nissan Leaf was pre-sold last night so they wont have inventory until August. I'm livid. You guys aggressively chased me via email, text and calls to get me there. Tried to dupe me with another sales person, then sold the vehicle I was there for? AND you didn't have the courtesy to call me to let me know??? Wasting my time and gas. I was weary about all the negative reviews about this dealership - but I gave them the benefit of doubt.At the very least they could have let me know, but instead they sent me reminder emails and text messages about the appointment.How I see it, you guys owe me 2 gallons of premium gas and an hour of my time. ******* AVOID AT ALL COSTS *******
