I received excellent service twice from Armenuhi & Toros @ their stall @ Glendale’s Jewelry Mart. They finish other’s sentences. I ran in this rainy Saturday to buy a nice heavy 14K gold chain for a new medallion, a porcelain & 14K Virgin de Guadalupe—I bought from Zale’s, of all places!—on line. Toros Jewelry has everything gold you might want: rings, necklaces. My price was way below what other vendors ask for a 31.5 inch 4mm not plated not filled but real gold product. I made an exchange @ Toros. Armenuhi could not have been more welcoming. Of course, this girl reporter has a right to change her mind. You must request an invoice, including gram weight, length, width, type of gold. Toros total price, because I wanted longer fígaro style chain, was ultimately more money, which I paid. I checked on line. I still paid only a fraction of other vendors offers. Yay! Go chat with Gevork, or George, in the back of the Mart, if you’d need repairs, resizing, like that. One stop shopping without having to go DTLA. There’s about a dozen stalls, if Toros doesn’t quite have what you’re seeking. Be brave. Be persistent. Know when your game’s up. Be resilient. Be humble.

I've been to this hidden gem twice this month. There are about 13 shops open & a jewelry repair by Gevork in the back. First time in Toros Jewelry was a cold, rainy day. I loved how friendly the husband & wife team are! With their help, I picked out a gold chain to wear with a Virgin de Guadalupe medallion I'd bought elsewhere. Toros stall has rings, chains, medallions & much more. I was treated respectfully. Thank you, guys. By the time I arrived home, I realized I should have purchased a longer, albeit more expensive 100% 14k gold chain. Buyers remorse. Yikes! I'v changed my mind, as this girl reporter is permitted to do--I was afraid I'd be screamed at, berated. There are huge signs saying, No exchanges! No returns! All sales final! I found the courage to text them @ Toros. "Yes, ok." That's all they wrote. I returned the same week. The Toros Team was friendly, calm. I paid more money than I expected. Sticker shock, immediately. Uh, oh. However, for 14k gold, it's in the weight, my friends! I had an dollar amount in mind, because I'm girl reporter & I had researched on line. That being said, we tried on a longer chain I liked better. I paid the extra George Washingtons. FYI: ask for an invoice listing exact weight, which gold (14K,) what length, & what width (as in 1.5 to usually 3.5 or 4.5 mm. I need to go see. To feel. To touch. Jewelry is a personal preference for me. I can't do expensive pieces on line. You'll want to go here. I'm overjoyed with my longer, more pricey chain, fromToros.

Everyone needs to visit booth B2 right in front when you walk in, just look around you are bound to find something affordable and beautiful, from gifts watches, earrings, for male and females, even wedding and engagement bands ? this place is hiding in plain sight, everyone should pay a visit. the business owners do not hassle you at all and are very helpful, they even do great affordable jewelry repairs!

The Jeweler in the back stole my gold chain. My husband took my necklace to be repaired and they literally gave him a different necklace. DO NOT USE this place!! They are con artist and cannot be trusted!! The gold necklace I had was thicker and shorter. They replaced it with a thin long one. I knew immediately it wasn't the same necklace and they refused to return the correct license. They said my gold necklace stretched 3 inches longer than the the one I purchased. LIARS and thieves!!! DO NOT TRUST this place

An-An jewelers -- two thumbs way down. My husband bought me a clasp bracelet for Valentine's 2022 that I literally wore maybe 5 times before it became dimpled / mangled and then broke. Be forewarned, there is a handwritten sign behind the counter that reads "no reFOUNDS after one week.". And apparently no refunds either. I spent 30 minutes going back and forth telling this woman who clearly wanted to get out of doing ANYthing to show that they might've been in the wrong here, or to try to keep their good name. Nope, the $290 was more important. She went from insinuating I "mashed" the bracelet/wore it carelessly, to saying some clients cheat and try to return different items, to saying it's a hollow bracelet so it needs to be worn extra carefully. I mean, she used EVERY excuse in the book. First it was that I didn't have the receipt. I had brought her the bank statement, which she later matched to a handwritten receipt in her records for exactly the same $$ amount and date. THEN, it was that she had taken down the item description incorrectly... who's fault is that? YOURS, woman. Her only offer was to take the gold and melt it down and give me a little pocket change. And she pointed out that normally she would CHARGE for this service, but was willing to do me a favor. I left with a headache and half an hour of wasting my breath with these two. We will NEVER shop here again, and we will make sure anyone we know doesn't either!

I give 5 stars to Jewelery Repair at this facility. Gevorg and his team did an excellent job on resizing my 3 rings and fixing my 2 necklaces. And I am very pleased with their work. Gevorg and his team are very professional and provide fast excellent service.You feel so comfortable and welcome going there. I really appreciate their work and recommend them to my friends and family. Well done.

My 1964 platinum engagement ring needed eight worn down prongs reinforced. The Repair gentlemen worked on it quickly as I watched. I'm grateful the diamond is now secure and appreciate the skill and courtesy. Several jewelers each busy on their own project reminded me of similar repairs at our neighbors shop in the past, way west in Woodland Hills and that was a comfort. REPAIRS is on a door located at the back of the Mart, not in the large open space and I would do it again and recommend to a friend.
