Excellent, Excellent, Excellent! Glendale Jewelry and Loan TRULY sets “The Highest Standard” when it comes to a stellar pawnshop experience! The owner, Christine is a Professional Gemologist who applies her keen eye and expertise in curating a phenomenal collection of precious metals, gems, artisanal designer jewelry, fashion accessories, high-end designer collections, one of a kind historical coins, rare artifacts and art. The collection in this store is absolutely stunning and refreshed, every time I return, and is derived from the impeccable taste of Christine and her team, whom also never fail in providing genuinely kind, trustworthy care and service to all customers. Coming from my perspective of working with high-end retailers such as Bloomingdale’s and Nordstrom, and in Miami’s Contemporary Art scene, this shop has such a high-end boutique to museum-like feel that is so easily shop-able and fun. I’m sincerely a proud fan and customer of Glendale Jewelry and Loan of 6 years, since moving to Los Angeles in 2018 and it’s literally always a pleasure to visit this Shop. Glendale Jewelry and Loan also has an incredible team of professionals, including Alex and Chelsea, whom are always so very kind, welcoming, professional, supportive and informative on pieces you’re purchasing, pawning and/or selling. I’ve always, loved the idea of Pawnshops, thrift stores, and how they aid the community and the planet, being a greener form of commerce.. and this one’s a star. The system and format of this store is simply Superb and sets the bar at higher echelon, compared to any other pawnshop I’ve ever visited. Glendale Jewelry and Loan not only sells gems, but they’re also a gem within the community of Glendale. Walk in and you’ll see why.

Always stop in when I'm in Glendale. Best deals on used designer & jewelry. Staff is super friendly and always makes me leave with a smile :) definitely worth checking out. Easy to miss!

Wow! Guys, this is a really good pawnshop! First of all, it looks BEAUTIFUL! Have you ever seen a beautiful pawnshop that looks like a boutique? The ladies who work there are amazing! Really friendly, nice and honest :) I always sell my jewelry there, I don’t trust anyone but them. Thank you for all the help ladies!

A little hidden gem on the brand strip!!!! This place is exceptional for exquisite staff and quality of pieces offered!!! It's nicely organized and clean. Staff are beyond friendly and knowledgeable not to mention their constant VIP services for all clients!!! Their items are unique!! I highly recommend them for all your needs!!

While it may be a great time to buy silver and other precious metals if you have resources available, sometimes the family budget gets hammered by the continued runaway increases in inflation. So where do you turn in Glendale when you need to unload some of what you have saved up over the years, in order to generate needed funds to pay a bill or put food on the table? My answer: At Glendale Jewelry & Loan, located at 228 South Brand Boulevard here in Glendale. The folks here will give you a fair price for your silver and other coins, and even if you are looking to buy more they have a nice selection of silver rounds and other collectibles -- I still regret not getting another Canadian Silver Maple Leaf, beautiful!
