I had a great experience and got a great deal. I highly recommend their sales associate, Victoria. She is knowledgeable, personable, patient and did not pressure me at all. She was also very communicative and responsive during the process as I looked at other cars in between visiting this dealership and ultimately deciding to purchase. I ended up being stuck debating between a vehicle at Infiniti and another at Acura, but ultimately chose Infiniti because of my great experience with Victoria.

My wife and I had a truly pleasant experience buying our car here and our sales associate Jimmy Noorani was a big reason why. He was very knowledgeable and straightforward which made us feel comfortable in our decision to purchase our vehicle after our initial meeting with him. The whole team there made our experience a positive one.

I want to commend the team at Glendale Infiniti for delivering an exceptional experience while shopping for a QX60 last week. Everyone from the salesperson (Victoria) to her manager (Joe) was helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. It was a no-pressure environment and I particularly appreciated their recommendations on how to best structure a deal. I recommend working with them.

I had a great experience with Glendale Infiniti. The team there made the hand in of my old leased vehicle and re-lease of a new one totally seamless. This was not the closest dealership to me but the deal they put together and the cars they had to choose from made the trip totally worth it. Will hit them up again for my next lease for sure!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Victoria to replace my totaled car, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I saw a certain car online I was interested in, the Q50, and it was the perfect fit. I drove it home the same day. Victoria's professionalism and friendliness made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She was patient, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed. I came in for service and was able to book it just 30 minutes before arriving online. Upon arriving, very great quick service to be in and out in a little over an hour. Had wonderful lunch across the street at Greyhound Bar and Grill which was amazing and passed my time.

I had a wonderful experience at Glendale Infiniti, and I'd like to compliment Victoria Suarez for the excellent service she provided last week. She made the whole car buying experience quick and easy. Her professionalism and ability to take care of customers quickly exceeded my expectations. Due to my tight schedule, she was willing to come in to work on her day off to help me get the QX60. She meticulously walked me through the details of all the features that came with the QX60, to ensure this was something I was looking for. She answered every question I had and responded promptly even after I got the car. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be much-admired.
I also want to thank the Senior Sales Manager, Mansoor Ali, for helping me not only get a great deal on the vehicle but also on my trade-in vehicle which helped to bring down the cost. He knew I was in a time crunch, so he had all the paper works ready by the time I went to his office. Normally, it would take anyone at least 3-5 hours to go through the entire car buying process. Not here. It was a very simple and easy process. Glendale Infiniti wants you to enjoy not just the vehicle that you purchased, but also the time you spent with them.
If you are in the market looking to buy a car, look no further, just come to Glendale Infiniti and ask for either Victoria Suarez or Mansoor Ali, you won’t be disappointed. Kudos to the great team!

A special thank you to Victoria at Glendale Infiniti for assisting my new car needs! I initially came in to check out a car and after finding out it was sold yesterday I felt I was out of luck. However, Victoria was able to do some searching and find another model of the same year of my liking and I was pleasantly suprised! I love the new car and am very grateful for the help of Victoria answering all my questions in a friendly and timely manner. Special thank you as well to Diego for his time and support!

This is my 5th Infiniti acquisition, and this time for my 2024 QX60 I decided to come back to Glendale. I had dealt with Sepan in the past and as I expected, he took care of me in the most professional and efficient manner with no hassles at all. He arranged for me to trade in my 2020 QX60 at a favorable price and then I told him what I was willing to pay for the new vehicle, and he accommodated all my requirements. We worked out the details of the transaction over the phone and then I came in to finalize the paperwork and pick up the car of my choice, all within a very condensed time frame and in the most efficient manner. I am so satisfied with Sepan's service that I immediately referred one of my very important clients for the purchase of their high end automobile. My client has reported back to me to thank me for having introduced him to Sepan. I will recommend him to others as well.
