I recently leased a car from Glendale Infiniti and I was pleasantly surprised by the service. Sean Zekarian, my sales representative, went above and beyond to ensure that my car-buying process was smooth, enjoyable, and tailored to my needs. I was in contact via phone and email with Sean for over a month. He was responsive and accommodating. When I was finally able to come in to make the purchase, Sean was patient, knowledgeable, honest and worked hard to get me a great deal on my car. Honesty is a rare quality in the automotive industry, but Sean's transparency throughout the transaction was truly refreshing. He provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision, never pushing me into anything I wasn't comfortable with. This level of honesty instilled trust, making the entire buying process easier. He also went the extra mile by personally delivering the car to my house. During the delivery, Sean took the time to walk me through all the features of the car, explaining each detail thoroughly.

Joseph and the finance team are absolutely great! My mom was fed up with her Land Rover and we decided it was time to trade it in for QX50. Currently luxury cars are depreciating really fast and the trade in value was really low. Joseph was able to assist my mom and she drove away in a sparkling QX50!!! Thanks again! I went in last Saturday to get a new vehicle as my current lease was up. Joseph Park was extremely helpful throughout the entire experience. I had done a good amount of prep work before arriving but Joseph filled in all the blanks without feeling pushy or putting any pressure on me. The entire experience was painless and as most know that is not always the case. Kudo's to Raul and Diego for their roles in getting me into my new vehicle.

My son's car finally took it's last drive. It was time for a new car - but for me. Luckily, I was able to give my car to him and I was in the market for an SUV for me. Hubby was trying to convince me to test drive an Infiniti. I was already sold on a couple of other SUV's - until I met Sean Zakarian at Glendale Infiniti. He pretty much allowed me to make my own mind up about the SUV I ended up driving off with. The vehicle sold itself! Sean was amazing and patient. He was super busy with other clients as well - but made sure my husband and I were taken care of. Diego was also very helpful with all the paperwork that needed to be completed. Overall, our experience from meeting Sean at the beginning and ending with paperwork with Diego was seamless and easy. Thank you to Sean and Diego! We now are part of the Infiniti family!!
