Got our first ever lease today with Glendale Hyundai! Chester and Moe were awesome! And Alejandro was outstanding! Albert was very good. Drove our Ioniq 5 Limited home today and we’re very happy! The group at Glendale Hyundai are genuine real people that we feel are like family! Nobody tried to sell us anything. They really care and helped us decide on our own what we wanted. Everyone is real and honest. Highly recommend!

STAY AWAY - This place is such a scam. I've leased cars for the past 18 years (Chevy/Kia/Subaru - all VERY pleasant experiences) and this is my first and last with Hyundai. Without my knowledge, they clearly had leased me a car that was used for a while/extensively as a test drive car. I didn't think anything of it at the time even though it had 60+ miles on it (usually new cars had around 10-15) but I felt rushed to get the transaction through. Anyways, when I get home there are clearly signs of wear that I wasn't able to see in the night at the dealer - scratches, random screws in the compartments, no new car smell, no windshield wiper fluid. Also, they car had several problems that I had to take in for service (creaky rear and loud wheel column). This car was clearly not new.
Now, I'm stuck with this car for another 2 years. Can't wait to get out of it and move on - I'm at stage in my life where I can lease luxury and I'm definitely going to avoid Genisis/Hyundai moving forward. The dealer, employees, all felt a bit predatory/dishonest. I help people with leases all the time and definitely going to steer people away from not only Glendale Hyundai but Hyundai itself.

Very disappointed with level of care. Couldn’t fix a simple issue under warranty with back up camera. Also no longer provide loaner cars for Hyundai only if you have a genesis and they wanted to keep my car for days (already was with them for over 3 days). Left many messages for service dept and were told will get call backs from manager Jeff never did. Simply wanted all the info to take it so where else. Finally going to drive miles out of my way to go to another dealer in the valley. Very Sad state for a good car company that is being represented terribly.

I needed a new car and the boys at Glendale Hyundai made sure I was taken care of. I knew which car I wanted and the sales representative I spoke to (Alex Lira) took amazing care of me through the process. He went above and beyond and had the models of the car I wanted ready for me to see when I got off work and he stayed late to make sure the paperwork was filed correctly. As someone who just lost their Kia, I was hesitant about making the switch to Hyundai, but the finance manager and Alex assured me every step of the way. They have a very cool and sweet disposition here where the workers are not pushy. They are just working to make sure you are getting the best deal possible. Alex was patient with me; explaining the total cost of the car, breaking down the accessories and assisting me to make sure I was making the best possible decision for myself.
I was truly excited to have bought from Hyundai of Glendale and it feels rare to spend $24,000 and feel like it was a great decision or something you don’t have buyers remorse over. The folks here may be selling cars, but they gave me an experience that would make me happy to return when it’s time to get my next car.
Thank you so much again for all the time and effort you all put into helping me! Really appreciate it!

The ratings live up the experience. The service was so bad, that left before test driving the car. I would never give my business here. Came in ready lease an Ionic 6, they had the color I was looking for. First I went in to the Hyundai across the street, not sure if it's where they detail the cars or something else. First guy showed me away. Second guy was blasting the music so loud that he couldn't hear I was calling him. Finally they told me the new car sales was across the street.
I was spoke with David , who was very nice. He was the store manager. He introduced me to Daymond to help me. I was asking about the lease deals I had just seen on the website minutes before I came to the dealership. He insisted the sale ended July 1. After a nudge, he saw the sale was still on the website.
Then we started talking about models, he again insisted he only had 1 model to view and test drive. It took nearly 25 minutes before he was able to get the vehicle. I asked some of the other sales people, who seemed to be nice and they confirmed there was other models available.
The vehicle was finally out to test drive, and again another 20 minutes just to copy my license. By this time (40 minutes later) with the sales guy who was not knowledgeable on what was in stock or what sales were available. I had enough and asked for the manager. Again I was told he was not around and I would have to wait.
So I decided to leave and not give this establishment my business. If you can't trust the sales person helping, it's a red flag for me.
I gave a courtesy call to the manager (Paolo) he said was his name, who cares less about my experience. He asked what I wanted him to do. Well, it may start with using people's experience to improve customer service. But since he was uninterested, I can see why the ratings are so low.
Update: I decided to take my business to Tustin Hyundai where the ratings are much higher and had a much better experience with Carlos.

Terrible Customer support and especially parts department never responds. Called service to get assistance in regard to the parts department never answering the phone. Then my call was transferred without my permission back to parts.
Highly recommending going to Hyundai of Downtown Los Angeles, had great customer experience.

Leased my vehicle from this dealership. Great vehicle, good service but was told specifically I could pay my bill using a credit card. This is one of the reasons I leased this vehicle. The first bill comes and I find out of course that I CANNOT pay using a credit card. Sales person says "whoops" manager says, "of course you can't". This was discussed at nauseum with the sales representative. This dealership gave me false information to have me sign my lease and now I'm stuck with the vehicle for 2 years. Bad

$1600 wasted. Came in for a replacement key fob, they upsold me a bunch of parts I didn’t need. Didn’t even fix the replacement headlight I needed, kept my car overnight, didn’t clean the interior of my car, peeled off some rubber from my driver side window, poor poor poor repair service. Will not come back. Save yourself the headache and money and go somewhere else. I’d give 0 stars, but service rep Liliana was the only positive.
