I have been assisted before and have also brought mother here due to the services needed. But I must say, the front end staff is just terrible ?. Specifically the Armenian girl. Her tone just horrible. I understand that it's not only tiring but down right exhausting dealing with people, given the area. Lots of walk of life, but damn, its part of the job, to provide customer service. Maybe not with a smile, hell I admit it tough. But they really are terrible

Front desk people are incredibly incompetent, they repeat the same things multiple times and are unable to keep track of their patients, very bad service overall.

- decent parking lot and some street parking - staff are warm and friendly - 2 windows for intake, be sure to bring ID and Insurance card. They will pre-fill out your forms for you based on that and ask you quick questions to make the intake forms a fast process. - Waiting room in the lobby with approx 10 seats and a couch but they were packed on a 11am Thurs - Additional 6 or 7 chairs in the hall after you are completely checked in - one bathroom each for male and female available inside the hall - approx 3 dressing rooms if you need to take off any bras, metals, etc and a couple lockers to place your things - MRI tech was very friendly and professional - arrived 15mins early as instructed and was checked in and waiting in the hall by my appt time - total time: 1.5 hour from arrival to end for MRI

I want to thank the ultrasound technician Susan for her care, nice approach, and kindness. Very knowledgeable kind and has a great person approach. I would to thank the doctors and all employees for their great work!!!

I have been coming to this radiology place for years. I have insurance but pay out of pocket so that I can come here. There is an employee named Susan that is very positive and competent in her work. I recommend everyone who needs to see a radiologist to come here.
