Worst pawnshop I visited today . The other ones in LA were professional ,gave price ranges , inspected my items . This guy has a bad attitude for no reason before you take anything out .

Very happy to have purchased many one of a kind pieces of jewelry from the vast collection in this shop. The shop keeper is very knowledgeable and fair with his pricing. He is also very on point regarding jewelry appraisals and loans. I have been a client for many years and enjoy doing business in this establishment.

The OWNER was so RUDE and not polite! I drove for 20 min to get here based on the ratings of this place but the experience itself sucked! I want to believe that there was an language barrier and that he wasn't understanding me at all (because all he said made no sense,) but still you treat people with kindness. HE TOLD ME TOLD ME "THANKS FOR COMING" while I was still talking :/

This place is a joke. I came in to have something tested for a second opinion and the old man didn't want to help me at all whatsoever, didn't even make an effort. Very bad customer service! Don't come here! If you want great service go to Hollywood pawnshop & jewelry on San Fernando and brand. That place is dope

It was a good pawnshop with decent prices. The guy behind the counter kept blankly staring at me and being testy/attitude when I asked for prices on items. I felt like he didn't really want me to be there. As a customer, that felt strange. Anyway, not a bad shop.

Horrible experience horrible. I walked in with a grand in my pocket looking for a guitar he had. Or a couple. And he sat there on the phone for 20 minutes. 20 MINUTES before even acknowledging me. Then when I say I wanna see the guitar he takes one look at me because I have tattoos and a band T shirt on and says no you buy as is. EXPECTING ME TO NOT EVEN TOUCH THE GUITAR to check for a Bent truss rod or cracks or to see if it holds tuning. Thanks brother I’m happy I didn’t contribute to your shops revenue.

Apparently they don't take RAYBAN sunglasses NoScratches practically brand new with box soon as I walked in I got a no . worst store I've ever been too. Their customer service needs some fixing. we get it if you don't like your job don't be there. They claim to be there for 25yrs but there service is as if they have no experience with people at all

Great customer service and very nice staff. They work with you in getting the right amount of what you pawn. They treat you with respect and honesty. They do not take credit cards as payback. Cash Only!
