Had difficulty from the start to the end of check out and beyond...I was scheduled for 2 nights.. after being there for 10 min. I HAD SERIOUS REGRETS. The look was strange.. built oddly.. staff Unsure about anything.. had to call for FIX twice in 15 minutes..I checked out early.. next day. 11ish.. AND THEY STILL CHARGED ME FOR 2 NIGHTS. Never again. Was anything but enjoyable.. Nothing in the entire area..dull x 10.
Rooms: the room was dusty... and had flying bugs ... mosquito? idk..
Roach in trash can..I KNEW THEN I WAS OUT IN A HURRY. NO ONE COULD DO ANYTHING... WITHOUT THE 'BOSS '.. no empowerment to help customers . Pathetic!!'
Noteworthy details: You literally have the chase them down to get REFUND. DETAILS.. INFO BOSS!! ... good luck if you use agency mine Trip Advisor or Trivago.. etc THEY'RE LOST!

I spent several thousand dollars over 2 month there. Last time I had a nosebleed, they deducted $50 of my security deposit, how petty.

These guys were amazing, the room is good for the price, they had helped me I was having some car troubles and they were happy to assist.
Rooms: The rooms are ok the one we had the AC is pretty loud but other than that it was great

I love this place! The rooms are clean, very comfortable, and the staff are amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown, The sevice is exceptional I Would recommended this place for anyone wanting to keep a modest budget.
Noteworthy details: I recommend this hotel for families, children are welcome here.

This place is great and I personally had a great time here first off let’s start with the service. It’s great they are really nice and great people, secondly the rooms are nice and clean, and I personally recommend this place for anyone who needs a quick and nice place to stay at.

If you're looking for a place that is reasonable in cost, comfortable and safe, this is it!
In the room we were in, we could hear the traffic going by, and if you're noise sensitive, ask to be on a 2nd floor room. Our room had a lot of storage but I would take one of the cabinets and add a rack for hanging up shirts.
The bathroom was clean and good sized, but needs a hook on the wall to hang a towel when done.
And next door to an excellent restaurant that is a must try!
All in all, thanks for a great stay. We'll definitely be back!
Food & drinks: The Corner restaurant next door makes this a winner!

Decent price for the area and the staff are friendly as you can get. The room was clean but it had that weird sliding door you find in Vegas hotels for the bathroom.

I've stayed here 8 times in the last three months . Deep and the whole staff is awesome. Rooms are great. Excellent location and outstanding service.

stayed here for a last minute stay & everything was well. shower could use some touch up, but nothing major overall. just beware, that if you “stain” sheets they will ask to keep the deposit.
Rooms: great bathroom lighting, functional air conditioning, comfy/clean bed with a nice TV and mini fridge. small damage seen, but nothing major.
