Gap in the Glendale Galleria is a very nice store. Merchandise is well stocked, service is excellent and they always have great sales. I love this store and their clothing is excellent quality. Stop by and check it out.

I went to Gap looking for clothes to take on a trip and let me first say the staff was rude and didn't acknowledge me whatsoever. The store lacked order and customer service. I would have rated it a zero. This store should shut down since the employees there clearly don't like their job. When I went to pay I asked the cashier if she would price match the online prices and she was quick to say I wouldn't be able to use gapcash. She began to price match and I asked if she could add the promotional code online since it states you CAN combine the codes. She said No! Of course why am I not surprised. This will be my left ever visit to this store as I prefer the Gap at the Grove they have way better customer service and product knowledge. Every employee at the Gap Grove is friendly and kind with a Can Do Attitude! 4/29/2022 3:00 pm
