Awesome place, people are always friendly there. I've only had 1 minor issue with one of the employees here, but that was 12 years ago. Since then, the staff have been much better. No real complaints.

The staff is very knowledgeable. Small store but very pact in this particular hobby. A good place to go to start your war game addiction.

Kyle is the best! He is friendly, welcoming, and so knowledgeable! Every time I have a question about my Necron army, he takes the time to explain thoroughly. I've learned so much already thanks to him. The store is always clean and organized, and there's so much terrain to choose from if you want to play. This store is a must for all your warhammer needs.

This is the first review I've ever written. I wanted to support this business in some way other than purchases, so here we are. This was my first experience in a Warhammer store considering I'm new to the fandom. I looked it up while on vacation, and I went in search of novels since I'm currently into the lore and not sure if I want to dive into The Hobby. I was happy to see they had an extensive Black Library section. Kyle greeted my wife and I shortly after we walked in, and I cannot sing his praises enough. Not only is he friendly, courteous, helpful, and patient he is also extremely knowledgeable. It was an absolute pleasure discussing the lore with him. Also, there were several games being played and if there were any rules questions the players went to him and he was like an encyclopedia. My wife isn't a 40k fan but she is fascinated by the miniature painting, so Kyle gave us a free demo and was absolutely wonderful throughout. He even recommended nearby stores and stores near my home so that I can finish out the Siege of Terra series of books. Incredible experience overall. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. A must go for new and veteran fans!

Kyle helped me today with an exchange. He was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We talked about 40K 10th edition, changes to combat patrols, and a bit about the newest kill team box that was just released. Good times. Thanks Kyle!

Extremely helpful staff (I think he might have been the owner), helped walk my son through his first Warhammer purchase, without trying to upsell us. Great vibe, people sitting painting, couple of people starting a game, I suspect we'll be back!

Decent sized store, good selection of products and helpful staff. Would be nice to see more game tables and events but the people are friendly and it’s basically what you’d expect from a Warhammer store.

I miss when the store was in the Glendale Galleria but the staff has made this location great too. They've set up a few tables and a paint station and are well stocked. Very friendly and welcoming.
