GAD is the best. Shop is honest, reliable and their work speaks for itself. Front office folks take service to a new level with quick response times and updates. Wouldn't go anywhere else in Los Angeles.

It appears that these individuals are highly untrustworthy and dishonest. My personal experience with them was extremely unpleasant and unsatisfactory, primarily due to their lack of education and competence. Thus, I strongly advise you to avoid them completely and seek out an alternative option where the client base is diverse and consists of legitimate testimonials of high-quality services. Beware of false reviews written by their friends.

guys I want to warn everyone about this body shop, they are scammers they are cheating they charge big sums for your accident, I will tell my story and ask everyone to read and be careful with these guys, before that I want to inform you that my lawyer is already working on this case and not only a lawyer, I have all the evidence, and so when I had an accident, I was the first to find this body shop and took the car there, I was met by a man named Arthur, I asked first of all, do you repair only the body or all the mechanics, I I got the answer yes, we can fix the whole car, ok, I could and they told me that the car would be ready in 3 weeks, ok, they lied, they gave the car a month later, and what did I see guys? this is where the story begins, let's start with the first and most important, my car was not fixed by a mechanic and I didn't know it and they didn't warn about it, and when I was driving on the freeway my problem suddenly reappeared and I could have an accident and die, it's not all like you that they just took off my rear camera and didn't install it and now I don't have a rear camera, they didn't fix a lot more, only the body was repaired, and when I contacted my insurance, then the body shop refused from their words, but nothing, I'm sure 1000000% that I will win this court and tell these deceivers, it's all thanks to everyone, and yes Arthur jan I have all the Atzdia records this is a gift from me to you after checking by an official BAR employee, it was confirmed that this body shop was rebuilt, it was confirmed that they did not even change the hood of the car, the bumper was not replaced with a new one, but the old one was simply repaired, the documents indicate that both headlights were changed, but only one was changed, you will see this in the photo, on the documents you will see many many other frauds that were charged money for parts but were not changed on the car, soon my lawyer will deal with these scammers, and you guys read my letter and be careful and do not fall for these frauds

There is a reason you only see 5star reviews for this place. GAD was recommended to me by someone I trust. I am so GLAD. They aren't happy unless you are happy. They went over and above to make everything perfect, and fit it into an impossible schedule. They treated my 2002 Lexus as tho it was a 2024 AMGDon't bother taking your car anywhere else. I live in the mountains, in the Central Valley of ca. and I still bring my cars to GAD auto body. 5 stars.

My car was hit while in a parking lot. I'm so grateful and thankful I brought my car to the GAD Auto body shop, they really took care of my concerns, dealing with the insurance company and they sincerely care about their customers. Special thanks to Judy for walking through it all with me and Edgar. Thank you, I'll refer anyone who needs their car repaired to them.

Best body shop you'll find around here! Very reliable, great prices and honest. They won't up charge you for unnecessary work. Took my car in to Edgar and was able to get it back like new fairly quickly. You won't be disappointed with their work!

The ABSOLUTE BEST. I needed a part on my fender replaced brought it in here. All of the guys here were amazing. They all greeted me, said hello to me, positive atmosphere all around. Clean shop, beautiful actually, and most important the QUALITY. The turn around time was 1 1/2 day, didn't even remember about it until they called me to let me know it's ready. Just by looking at their garage of cars thats being worked on, from big and small vehicles to luxury all around and even cost efficient older makes they work on all of them. Very satisfied very happy and they have a customer for life.

Ever since the first time I stepped foot into this body shop, every single one of my vehicles, including every one in my family with a vehicle has been a dedicated customer to GAD Auto Body since then. Not only because Customer Service is good but when they paint your car, it is done to perfection, I have seen how other body shops do work, and it is nowhere, comparable to how good of a job these fellas at GAD do, I've seen them take care of every single one of their customers. doesn't matter how much your car is in price every single job is done to perfection from Kia to rolls Royce. Many times it has happened where extra dents and scratches have been fully taken care of without even asking. The boys here at GAD AutoBody have also referred me to many different vendors, if it was a job that was done out of their body shop, they would lend you the direct contact to the vendor, so you may get the best price. I could sit here and write a whole book about how amazing this body shop is, and it still won't come cool the reality of how good they really do their craftsmanship and handwork... they have that old school workmanship, can't compare to no other.. Like I said, everyone in my family is now a GAD customer also family and friend.. truly blessed to have someone like Ed, Art and everyone else out here to help us with all our vehicle needs when needed. Had a little incident in which I had to bring my car in. They were able to take in my car same day and it was finished in no time. Great guys. They made me feel welcome and I felt like my car would be in good hands. The end results was amazing. Looked good as new and they even cleared up some other blemishes on the bumper. They even washed my car too which was a plus. Would definitely recommend.
