We recently purchased a sectional sofa and our experience was fast and easy with sales service and we are thrilled with our new sofa. It's exactly what we wanted and was a great price. I had a 5 start experience at Furniture Town Gallery (both locations San Fernando Road and Cutter Street). I wanted to purchase a leather sectional. From helping me select the couch that would best meet my needs, to fulfilling my order everything was immaculate. Marina at the San Fernando Road was extremely helpful throughout the process. I ended up over estimating the size of the couch I needed, and ordered one which was a bit big for my living room. My order was canceled and a smaller size sectional was ordered for me without any issues. Eloy at the cutter street location provided fantastic customer service throughout. My sectional was delivered on time, without any damage and it looks beautiful! The quality is outstanding and worth the price . I would definitely be buying more from the store and recommending it to friends and family.

I wish i could give it a o star. As you can see most reviews are either 1 or 5. Very interesting the 5's. Horrible story. Will not even honor their own policy. I just opened a case with Better Business Bureau.I ordered a sofa 3 weeks ago. Last week i received a shippment but they made a mistake and the sectional was on the wrong side. Thank god i had a picture that i took at the store. Showed them the picture and a copy of the order (order clearsly states as "same as floor"). They took it back. Few days later i got the new one. Let me say it feels nothing like the one at the store. It is very flimsy, cheaply made and extremely uncomfortable. It has no back support whatsoever. I called the store first thing in the morning and asked them to return it. I spoke with Marina ( she sold me the sectional and assured me it was very comfortable). The receipt indicates we can return but there might be a restocking fee. I told them i was fine with the restocking fee. I am more than willing to loose alost a grand. Was told she would speak with the owner and let me know. No call back. Two days later, our entire family has lower back ache. The couches are extremely uncomfortable. Back pillows won't even stay straight. They keep moving up and even more back pain. I called her again. Let her know the quility is horrible and we have back pains. Want to return it. She said she will talk to the owner and call me back. Have not heard from yet still. I paid $3000 in cash for this sectional. No one once told us that we this was final sale. Horrible customer service. They told us it was an extremely comfortable sectional-complete lie. We just want to return this and get our money back to get one we can actually sit on.

Super satisfied with this store and the customer service here. We were greeted by Marina, who assisted us tremendously with our purchase. It was on such short notice, and we had almost no hope to be able to find anything due to the restrictions on sales in the Covid era, yet she made it happen for us. We are very pleased with our purchase. Thank you, Marina!

The best furniture store in the neighborhood. Also there worker amar a is the best. She was really nice and helpful. Thy had the best bedroom sets and they helped me to make a choice based on my preferences. I would recommend this store to everyone.

I found Furniture Gallery because my Wayfair couch ended up being placed on backorder. Good thing too because I found a better couch here. I am so happy that I found this store. The couch is made locally in LA. Start to finish the couch only took only 3 weeks. I cannot recommend this couch enough! It is perfect. 85" long and 42" deep. So comfortable and great for laying. The warranty is great too. Allen is easy to work with and communicated with me every step of the way. I could not be happier with my purchase!

The lady at the front desk was one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. She was not helpful in the slightest, and was even annoyed by our questions. Very condescending toward my mother and I, simply asking if they have any dressers. My mom is a nice lady, and I don't appreciate her being disrespected. The other furniture town was way better and the clerks were much more helpful. Go there instead!

I had a great experience here. Everything was pretty easy. I had researched what I wanted and know they carried it online. It wasn't available in the store but Marina helped me. She's pretty nice and professional and answered all my questions since it's always a bit harder to make a big purchase online without physically seeing it. I bought the Magnussen Heron Cove king size bedroom set. I absolutely love it!!I paid half the balance at the store in cash and the other half on delivery. I kept a copy when I was at the stores. Good thing because they didn't have that copy on delivery and asked me to pay more - but the delivery man was pretty nice. I showed him my copy and all was sorted out correctly and easily. I believe it was a mistake. Dalia and Allen were great too. Overall I would recommend!! I love my purchase!
