DON'T BUY FROM THEM!After making a deal, and confirming it in writing with three separate Disclosures, they increased the price. The Manager said the increase was because his employee "overlooked" something. I don't believe them because the Salesperson didn't put together the three Disclosures. Either multiple employees "overlooked" the error, or they are not honest. :-(

I was looking for my new car and Angelo for Alfa Romeo Glendale really helped me out when I picked my new car. There was an issue with my bank the first time but he was patient and helpful in helping me resolving the issue. If you are here and need a car salesman, make sure to ask for Angelo! He is the man!

This business is having negative reviews removed claiming people are disgruntled employees. I have never worked for Alfa Romeo or this dealership in any capacity. Stop having honest reviews removed because you run a crappy business. People need to know the truth. I bought my car from this dealership and the service and the car have been awful. I can't wait till my lease is over. Again, I never have nor will ever work for Alfa Romeo. Stop having honest reviews removed!

We had a fantastic experience with Alfa Romeo of Glendale. Angelo was hands-down the best sales rep we've ever worked with. He was very knowledgeable, straightforward, and passionate about cars! This made the process feel fun and relaxed. It was our first time buying an Alfa (certified pre-owned), and Angelo was happy to take my husband and me on multiple test drives help us decide between two different specs. We ended up going with a 2021 Stelvio Ti Sport and I am loving it. The drive is so much more fun than other SUVs on the market.Once we decided, Bong in the finance department made the purchase process quick and easy. We weren't shuffled around from department to department or given lengthy presentations on dealer upsells for hours like we had been at another dealer.Angelo checked in on us a few days later to see how we were liking the car, which was so thoughtful. My husband mentioned that we realized the cargo shade cover was missing and asked if it would be possible to get a replacement. Angelo had one ready to go for us just a few days later! Looking forward to enjoying our Stelvio for at least the next few years, but wouldn't hesitate to come back the next time we're looking for an Alfa.

I was contacted by the customer relations team at Glendale Alfa Romeo. Kristy was very nice in trying to figure out what went wrong. However, we ended up in the same situation I experienced. They were concerned about my experience but could do nothing about it. Ellis dealerships are aware that their insurance policy requires customers to have CA issuer drivers licenses and insurance. As I am active duty military stationed in CA, my home of record is not CA. Thus, I do not have a CA driver's license. I do have CA drivers insurance. They told me several months ago that they would look into their insurance policy to see how they could better serve those who fight for this country and it's freedom. Unfortunately, they didn't do anything, and NO out of state customers are allowed loaners to this day.This doesn't mean I won't go there for regular maintenance and service, but if it's something that will take a day, I have to, unfortunately, take my business elsewhere. They are the best for regular schedule maintenance and service by the way. This dealership was recommended to me by my neighbor who purchased an Alfa Romeo. While I believe they are military friendly in sales, they are not military friendly in any other department and their lack to do anything really shows the respect they have towards not only to military service members but also customers who do not have a CA driver's license.They have offered a free oil change, which I appreciate greatly, but it doesn't change what happened and will continue to happen in the future.

We had a great experience here with Angelo. We got our red & red Stelvio in July 2021 and black & red Gulia in July 2023 here. The overall shopping experience was all good. Sales were sincere, helpful and professional. Signing a contract with the manager was fast and smooth. If you love Alfa Romeo and Fiat, I highly recommend Alfa Romeo of Glendale.

Bought our Stelvio at this dealership and the purchase was an acceptable experience. Issues started from the 2nd oil change at this dealership.They overfilled the oil as indicated by the engine display and it was very difficult to get them to correct the issue. 2 times they tried to convince me the computer was wrong.3rd oil change and they forgot to replace the cover on the bottom of the car.The part was hanging and dragging on the road. I brought it back same afternoon, but they said parts guy is gone but they zip tied the cover on.Unfortunately its not easy to find a independent Alfa repair shop. Will try a different dealership and hope it goes better.

I’m so disappointed. It’s 4:30 PM now I’ve been here since 10:30 AM. I waited close to three hours for my car to be cleaned for me - the one I just purchased for 16,000 and it was filthy. I feel very disrespected.I am missing work and I feel as though I have been lied to all day long. Angelo was not transparent.I called last night and had an appointment to buy that car, they could have had it ready. Such a disappointment

Do yourself a favor and get your new and next Alfa at Glendale! I drove all the way over from the westside because I won't deal with Santa Monica Alfa anymore. They're under new ownership, very few cars, and NO deals to be had. Drive to Glendale!Jesus and John at Glendale Alfa Romeo were wonderful. Got the deal I wanted in the car of my dreams and I am so happy. Very pleasant experience, nice showroom, and while you're waiting for the car to get washed, etc., the galleria is right there to have lunch. Great place to get your car serviced too. I'm going to drive from the westside. Great Customer service goes a long way these days. See Jesus and John. Thanks again, guys - loving the car and the great transaction!!

I took my car in for routine maintenance and was told that the battery needed to be changed as it was low. I asked how much it would cost to get it changed, knowing full well that it would be more expensive than if I just did it myself or even took it to AutoZone. I was told by the attendant that should be $170 or $180. Now I know that this is grossly expensive, but I know that prices have gone up and I don't mind getting it done at the same time if the cost for the battery and the labor is $180. When I was done, I got my bill and saw that the standard installation charge is $200 and the battery cost $238. When I spoke to the attendant again, I was told that this is the shop charge and that the best they can do is give me a free oil change. They can keep the oil change, because I'm never going back there again. This is not the first time that I've gone there and had work done that was more expensive than it should cost in any reasonable shop. If I could give it a zero, I would.

This review is specifically for Jerry Gordon, service manager at Alfa Romeo of Glendale. SUMMARY: In brief, he was able to resolve a major parts supply chain problem for us when no one else could due to his creative, out-of-the-box approach, and we are so incredibly thankful that our car is back in perfect condition!! DETAILS: we leased and eventually purchased a new Alfa Romeo Stelvio TI from this same dealership, and had always received very courteous customer service during the initial purchase visit and subsequent maintenance visits. I have been meaning to leave a great review for them, but am glad that I can add even more positive details now! In June 2022, someone hit our car in a parking lot, resulting in the front parking sensor beeping nonstop. When the (independent) body shop disassembled the car, the front headlight tab was already broken due to the incident and could not be put back, so a new one had to be ordered. Unfortunately, the part was backordered on a national level, but we understood that there have been shortages everywhere due to COVID, so we began to wait patiently. However, the part promise date kept getting pushed back (by Alfa Romeo as a manufacturer, not the dealership). Eventually, when the September 2022 part promise date came and went with no ETA in sight, I personally asked to speak to the Glendale dealership service manager to ask if anything could be done, since our car had simply been sitting disassembled and totally unusable at the body shop for the past four months! Jerry Gordon got on the phone, and in just a few minutes, he was able to find the part we needed in Florida, of all places, by creatively searching for previously used part numbers--i.e., part numbers get updated or superceded by new part numbers when there is a new year, and since Alfa Romeo was sold out of the part with the current part number, he thought to try searching the database for any of the OLD secession numbers! Thus, Jerry actually found an available part that would fit our car when no one else had been able to do so!!! He managed to get this shipped out to us within the next week, and as of Oct 8, 2022, our car is back together and good as new! We are so grateful to Jerry Gordon, or else we still might not have a working car! If you are looking to buy, lease, or maintain an Alfa Romeo, I definitely recommend Alfa Romeo of Glendale!

I scheduled an appointment online where they have a calculator letting you how much you would spend on service. Mine supposed to be 550 dollars but they wanted me to charge me 980!!! Not even close for the exact service maintenance I selected online. Completely false advertisement! ... so I took my car to other dealer and I ended paying 350!!!
