Similar to a previous reviewer, I had no problem bringing in larger boxes before, but suddenly a case with built in wheels (half the size of my last package) was suddenly far too "bulky" and heavy (there's a handle and wheels, a child could easily move it). I was given a maximum measurement before that I kept under each time, but it seems like they make up their own rules on the fly. Better to just go to brand street.

Very unprofessional!!! Took a box to them they refused to take it. First they said it will need to stay until next business day. I said fine! Then they said no we can’t take it because it’s too big! I asked them for help to carry it out of store since it was a big package the were not friendly at all. The girl with attitude said: you should help too!!! Of course I was going to!!! Then with attitude she flipped the box and dropped it on my toes!!!! When I said we need to lift it not to damage the box, she ripped the box by pulling it unprofessionally! I asked her for a tape to fix it. She said I’m not bringing tape and not helping, it’s not my responsibility!!!!
