Fitting rooms eternally closed and if item you bought does not fit well, you can only get a store credit. They only have a 14 day store policy for exchanging an item or to get store credit.

The customer service here by their cashier (young Latina girl in her early to mid 20's) was disgusting. I see she's been an issue for other customers as well. Completely unprovokingly rude. She was shoving all my items into one bag on top of my brimmed hat. I politely asked that "being that the hat I purchased is final sale, can you not shove everything on top of it, rather place some things in a second bag?" You can clearly sense and feel her negative attitude. She grabs a second bag, tosses on the counter, tosses my receipt at me and walks away. I stood there. Silent. And waited for her to return. She rudely says to me, "oh, you want me to bag that too?" Yesss, it is your job yo properly place my purchased items in bags. That's a part of your job description. She exchanged some more unprofessional/rude words with me and I professionally let her and her manager know that she was completely out of line. **Message to the cashier who seems very hurt inside. You know I didn't do a single thing to you. Your projection calls for healing** You never know who you are in the midst of. You never know how your behavior just blocked you from being recognized by someone who has the power to bless and change your life. Please find a career path that makes you happy, enhances you, and that will pour into your life. Find your life's purpose so you can fulfill what you were born on this Earth to do. You will not advance in life carrying around that spirit nor will you be successful. As I told you in the store, find a job that makes you happy...but don't be unnecessarily rude to customers. THE OWNER IS THE WORST BUSINESS OWNER EVER. OWNER IS RUDE AS HELL. If I can give zero stars I soooo would. Lucky they don't have a phone number displayed. Yelled at me in front of her employee and customers ONLY to give me what I asked for which was an exchange for a bigger size. She told me I was rude and pointing fingers at her which her employee KNEW I didn't. She made me read the receipt fine details and still nowhere on there said I couldn't EXCHANGE what I had. She came at me with attitude already. She kept saying you can't return, I said "I am not returning, I'm exchanging for a bigger size" I told her if I can't exchange I'll just purchase another and she said "GIRL YOU BETTER" ummm excuse me??? In front of all your customers you gone say that? LOL I told her to relax I wasn't trying to start anything and she raised her voice at me. The employee said she'd ring me up to which the owner then calmly said "just give it to her" she couldn't even look at me after I said, "fine I'll just buy another one"

I am warning everyone about this store!! They lie to you about refunds. I went in there with my daughter to look for a homecoming dress. The dressing rooms were closed, so we were putting our choices back when one of the employees stated you can try it on at home and return it if it doesn't fit. I specifically asked we'll get a full refund? Her response "yes, a full refund." My thought was great, we have nothing to lose. The dress don't fit, so when I went to return them.... The store's response "We don't accept returns, exchange only!" When I asked to talk to the owner her response too bad., exchange only!!! This is one of the worst exam of customer service I have ever seen. Do yourself a favor and never shop at this store!!! If I could rate it in Negative numbers I would!!

it is very bad when you want to try clothes and they reason it is epidemic saying that only take home do not return only exchange when you bring back, I am very sad that I could not give so much chosen dress back to them and not buy I didn't expect really didn't expect :(((

This used to be one of my favorite stores to look around and try on clothes. However, my recent visit to this establishment left me quite disappointed. This store keeps on relocating within the mall several times, the current location it is in as of now is it's 3rd relocation. The clothes are very reminiscent of low-quality fashion priced most often unreasonably. I'd much rather go to Forever 21, a DYING store, to pick out clothes. Their sizes run extremely small now and even my petite self found it very hard to look for clothes that fit. The store is very overcrowded, not with people, but with racks and racks of clothes. Good luck navigating your way through the store without bumping into something or someone every step of the way. Compared to the branch at Canoga Park, I do wish that the branches of Q would stay consistent with their trends and available selections. The selection at the Glendale Galleria is very lacking and the taste is very questionable, it almost screams 'STRIPPER.' I'd much rather drive the extra hour just to find a better, more nicer selection at Canoga Park.
