Enovex doesn't communicate well with it's delivery drivers. You are told your medication will be delivered in the evening and then the driver comes by when no one is home. They don't care how badly you need your medication. Or that you pay extra for a service only to have it delivered on a day when you could have picked up the medication yourself but now you have to sit at home and wait 5 hours for their drivers. They are absolutely horrible.

Unnecessary price gouging. They charged me $525 for a 10 supply of Ivermectin and then I found I could get the same prescription for $70 at Strive Pharmacy! In these times, to take advantage of a customer because there are very few options to even get this prescription filled is a very slimy tactic. In Los Angeles, it's like charging $30/small bottle of water after an earthquake because the water is out. Despicable.

Have had multiple issues with this pharmacy. On various occasions they delivered medication and did not call to let me know it had arrived - leaving my medicine outside. In one case I found it in a planter on the steps. Today, I spoke to 2 different RUDE pharmacists/pharmacy techs who told me that it wasn't their responsibility to let me know that even though my prescription had a refill, a California based law (unknown to me), caused my refill to expire. They had simply texted me to call them with 24 hours notice and it was "my problem" that I didnt call them back fast enough to get the refill in time. Incredibly rude and told me to call my doctor myself because they didnt want to do any extra work. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AS SOMEONE WHO WORKED IN A PHARMACY FOR YEARS, I WOULD NEVER TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS - ESPECIALLY THOSE IN NEED OF LEGITIMATE MEDICATION.

Where to begin: warning please don't use this pharmacy!! Worst pharmacy experience in the world!!! Terrible customer service. And abusive staff to patients!!! I not only waited 4 days late for the prescription, but spent an hr yesterday locating this medicine to be picked up at the Walgreens that their staff sent. The staff claimed to have sent it to my house and then tried to blame Fed ex for the delay because fedex couldn't find me at Walgreens. See the screenshots above. And then Juliet the head pharmacist sends me a gaslighting abusive message when I was inquiring into the matter. See the offensive message from her without taking any ownership, and or fix the situation!! Only to further support the cause that this pharmacy dropped the ball and cannot be depended on and will also belittle the customer!! They should have refunded the entire order n resent it to me. Read the screenshots n decide for yourself if this is the sort of pharmacy you wanna work with. I'm absolutely appalled by this whole situation, and this pharmacy and how it's poorly managed and the way they treat the patients!!! Very disappointed!

Incorrect information on their website. Hours shown in their website show that they close at 5:30. Just spent half an hour in traffic to pick up a prescription I needed before a trip. Arrived at 5:02 and they were long closed. Now I'm without a prescription for the 10 days of my trip.

So every time this pharmacy has called to let me know I need to pick up a prescription, they’ve told me they close at 5. I thought it was odd that their close time showed 5:30 outside their door and online. I asked the woman about it in person who sold me the prescription, the same one who left the voicemail, and she said they sometimes close early on Friday. I pointed out that she also said they close at 5 on Monday, and she smirked and kind of laughed, and apologized sarcastically.Pretty rude; I’ll transfer my prescription somewhere else that’s more reliable and professional.
