I had a very pleasant experience working with Empire Auto. Raffi was able to find a great deal for me and he just saved me a lot of headache and time wasted at the dealerships. I returned my leased vehicle and leased a new one. It only took a couple of days for Raffi to find me what I wanted and he arranged the return of my leased car. The new car was conveniently delivered to my door and at the same time, my old car was driven away... I am very satisfied and happy with the service that I received. I will be working with Raffi and Empire Auto again in the future.

This was the first time I have worked with a car broker. And it was the best choice I've ever made. Thanks to Raffi, it was a very smooth and easy process. I always went to our local dealership and spent almost half a day for buying or leasing a car, such a frustrating process. But, with only a few calls and texts to Raffi and telling him what car and color I want, he found the best deal, I mean the best, which I paid 50% less down payment and about $50 less to lease exactly the same BMW. And the car was delivered to my house! I strongly suggest working with Raffi and Empire Auto sales.
