Erika was just terrific. I would recommend that everyone start with her as they are selecting colors. She knows not only colors but also her products. This was a terrific experience, and I would highly recommend Erika to anyone.

Employees mill around doing nothing. The girl with excessive makeup walks back and forth trying to appear important until you ask a question. Then she says “I just got back from lunch. I don’t know where your paint is.” She never gets off her phone, talking nonsense. “Manager not here today” one guy tells me. Should close this location or get proper management/employees to run this like a real business. Makes even Home Depot look great by comparison. Waiting One hour 35 minutes for 5 gallons of paint and still waiting. You can observe a lot in that amount of time.

Worst customer service ever. Would not allow me to have any sample colors. And would not allow me to have a color wheel for my new build. I don't remember coming here.

I had a last-minute change of heart with my paint order but Jesus the assistant manager was super cool and patient. He, along with the rest of the staff, guided me through it so we all went home happy. I was well taken care of today at this store. Thank you guys.

I went to Dunn Edward's in Glendale and was assisted by Jen and Edan 5+ stars for their customer service. They were both very helpful and willing to answer all my questions. Yes you might pay a couple of bucks more than at the depot place but so we'll worth it!! Of course this is for when you are doing a small project because you are limited to some items but regardless it was a great experience thanks to such wonderful sales people.

What a wonderful store. I needed help buying paint for the exterior of my home yesterday, I wanted the same Dunn Edward's paint I used 20 years ago. I was helped by a young gentleman named Jesus, a true professional. He knew exactly what I needed, showed tremendous patience with me and was very knowledgeable about their products. My 20 year old paint job has stood the test of time , so I and sticking with the same color and paint. A very kind young lady carried these heavy 5 gallon tubs to my car, loaded them up and off I went. Thank you very much, it's a pleasure giving you my business.

Terrible customer service. I stood at the front desk watching two salespeople argue with a customer. Then after 20 minutes, I couldn't even get a salesperson to acknowledge me. They just went in the back room and could be heard arguing with each other. There is something wrong here and I will use a different paint brand due to their poor customer service!

I came here after a bad experience at Sherwin Williams and what a big difference! Every single person working here were so attentive and helped me with all my questions and needs. I am excited for my appointment with their color specialist. I didn't even know about this service but they suggested it when I said I couldn't decide on my house exterior color. Nice! I'm so pleased that I told my contractor that we are only using Dunn Edwards from now on.
