Horrible place!! Dr doesn’t care to help you. Front desk lady needs to be fired, she will not help you with anything. She is so uneducated and disrespectful she needs to not work there. Worst drs office I have seen. DO NOT GO HERE !!!

Made an appointment 1 month agoShowed up today.The girl in the front couldn’t find it in their system, said she can schedule a new appointment in almost 2 months.Seriously? What a waste of time?!Didn’t get to see the doctor, can’t say anything about him.

This doctor cares less about his patients but more about business. He probably forgot how to be a doctor. Very narcissistic and unprofessional. He couldn't even refer me to the proper doctor and wanted to put some pretty serious unrelated diagnosis. I filed a complaint but he could get away with it. Choose your doctor wisely.

I called this office about going there as a new patient and already I could see problems with professionalism.First of all, all doctors' office workers should answer the phone with their name and the name of their business. These office workers are not doing that.In particular, Hasmik, who was unprofessional and nosy when I made my appointment; she also didn't want to give her name at the end of the call. She asked me why I am asking for her name. I said that if there's a problem with my appointment, then I need to know who to ask for. That is when she said her name, after going "Ohhh!".She also laughed at me, at some point during the call.Seriously?!Her office co-worker Gohar told her I asked "confusing" questions when I first called.As a new patient, I asked if they take my insurance, what medical group they're with, is there a patient portal... such questions are NOT confusing, unless you don't know your job.Both of them Gohar and Hasmik need some serious retraining and need to learn some manners and moral ethics.You both are gossiping about the patients and it's unacceptable!!And I haven't even stepped foot in that office to see the doctor, not one single time.Because of you two, I will not be going to see this doctor for my medical needs.It turns out, as I followed my instinct to not go to this office, I called a few days later to cancel my appointment, that Hasmik made for me.What do you know?!The very same Hasmik, who made my appointment, said I DIDN'T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. Unbelievable!Hasmik then asked me :"If you have an appointment, why is it not here?"That is a question you need to ask YOURSELF, because you're the one who made my appointment, that is "not there"!Do you see now the importance for the patients to have you answer the phone with your name, Hasmik?!If you guys are such incompetents in making a proper simple appointment, that tells me everything about this office.If I missed out on a good (I DID NOT. HE IS ALSO A LIAR); doctor because of inept office workers, that's a major problem.So, Dr., if you are reading this message, you should consider firing these 2 office workers, who are ruining your business, and get some professionals, who will not scare potential patients away.Edit: Dr. Abovian, LYING in medical records and in a medical investigation is a crime! And you and your staff are doing that.

UPDATE: This man needs his license REMOVED for his malpractice. That is disgusting. After my past experience with this scum bag, I went to an actual doctor who told me that what this scum does is ILLEGAL. No doctors have a relationship with this guy because he does not deserve to call him self a doctor. Medical board needs to get involved ASAP.

Agree with the last comment, talented scam artist at its finest.The doctor doesnt not care about his patients what so ever. i wrote a long review about 2 months ago and i ended up deleting it but this time im not going to take it off.I feel sorry for the people that have to work in that office and listen to complains all day and read negative reviews. to this day i have never walked into an office feeling like this.smh close down your office youre not considered a doctor in my eyes.

Dr. Vigen Vick Abovian is a great doctor! He’s very understanding and listens to your concerns. He takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues! Absolutely horrible experience, no only is the frond desk incompetent but so is the doctor.First visit, requested referral for psychiatrist. Turns out referral was sent and not required. (incompetence).Language barrier a massive downfall, not understanding.The front desk is an absolute mess, registered nurses or secretaries that are absolutely lost.Appointment made three weeks in advance, show up to appointment, turns out it was never actually booked. Horrible.Nurse/receptionist, downplays responsibility turns out previous employee was fired or quit. "Not my fault" says the nurse.Left hanging, request to speak with doctor. Front desk acknowledges but disregards. had to get doctors attention at first opportunity.Doctor apologies, agrees to see me for five minutes. min you ive mad arraignments three weeks in advance.Doctor rushes me out the door without a completest or caring assessment.Tells me to make another appointment.This place should be shut down.Typical doctor, "I'm Better than you" bravadoWaste of time and energy for no results.
