Mathew helped me on Monday and was so helpful and attentive! I have some foot issues that can make finding a comfortable shoe difficult, but Mathew was super knowledgeable about all the shoes in the store and helped to figure out what would be right for me. He was also really patient as I tried on a bunch of different shoes to get to the best fit. It’s just really rare to get that much individualized care at a retail store and I really appreciated it :)

Walked in and immediately was greeted by the manager Sean's snobby attitude. He was rude to me and his co-workers. I asked multiple questions about the shoes and he seemed too distracted to answer or help.

Very bad customer service both girls just chatting away I asked multiple questions and neither bother to come to where I was standing I showed a picture of what shoe I needed and her answer was just dum when in the past I have purchased just by showing a number that is on the boot but I get it they were to busy gossiping.

My wife dropped by to exchange shoes to a different size. She was greeted by Courtney. She was attentive, kind, and informative. She was able to get my wife out the door with shoe care pointers and lovely shoes that fit comfortably. Thank you Courtney!

I have been shopping at this location for 3 or 4 years now and 1 and a half month ago I got some defective shoes, before 1 month I took them to help me and they only told me that it had to be online. And now it's been a month and a half and no one answers me. I called by phone and apparently they don't work because no one answers. What can I do with those shoes? Can someone help me or do I consider them lost?

I was in search for the Jorge II Suede DM, they didn't have my size at this location or the color I wanted! The associate Xavier asked if I wanted him to look at other stores for sizes, I said yes. It was a simple gesture in writing down the stores and how many of each colors they had in my size, but you don't get good customer service like this everywhere! Thank you Xavier, I was able to get the shoe I wanted in my size and in the color I initially wanted! xoxo

This store sucks. I bought two pair of docs online for Xmas and took them to the store to exchange, as the pairs were too small. I walked across the Glendale galleria carrying two boxes and it was raining outside. I was told I could not exchange since the models I ordered online were not in store (I ordered womens and the store carried unisex). I had my shipping slip and asked if I could have a bag to shlep my pairs back through the parking lot. I was told that I could not have a bag unless the purchase was made in store. These employees give a rats fanny about the customer even knowing I had just purchase $300 online (I unfortunately did not have my own bag that would fit both pairs). Back through the rain carrying the boxes. This company stops being friendly the moment they make a sale. Likely the last time I will do business with Doc Martens. ? The staff in Glendale really suck!
