Negative star review to Dr. lke's they are thee worstpharmacy to do business with. Their website saysthat "patients are always the priority" well there isno truth to that in our experience. MyGrandmother needs her medication and they nevermeet the timeline with refills. My Grandmotheralways has to go without her meds until theydecide to refill and deliver, which can be weeks pastthe scheduled refill dates. Shame on Dr. Ike's, youare negatively impacting patients' treatment andcare by delaying medication refills! You should noteven be in business!

My Grandmother needs her medication and they never meet the timeline with refills. My Grandmother always has to go without her meds until they decide to refill and deliver, which can be weeks past the scheduled refill dates. Shame on Dr. Ike's, you are negatively impacting patients' treatment and care by delaying medication refills! You should not even be in business!

I wish I can put a 0 on this location but 1 is the only thing you can post. The only reason why I am leaving this review is because I have been a member to this chain of pharmacy’s for about 7 years since they started . Such a great company IT WAS from the previous owners . I used to go the one in in Reseda and Tampa . I was so bummed out when I had to move to the one in sylmar due to new ownership. So far it has been a terrible experience there . They are so rude they don’t refill your prescription and yesterday that I called for an RX they have the nerve to tell me that the pharmacist didn’t want to fill it because they are not a pharmacy open to the public only hospice and long term. I was so upset . They don’t care about patients nor they like to work . I think the people that work there hate their jobs . I had to cancel all my prescription and find another local pharmacy that provides the services I look for an a pharmacy . Any medical related offices should be there for the patients not for the money. I don’t recommend this place to anyone . I am not sure how they still in business or those new owner they have now they don’t know how to run business or hire their employee . I don’t foresee this pharmacy in business the way they treated me yesterday. I am sure they still have my record one they see my review they’ll know why I left it .

I have been in the Home Health & Hospice business for the last 10 years. My Agencies started to use Dr. Ike's PharmaCare since 2013 and I can honestly say they know what they are doing when it comes servicing Home Health & Hospice Agencies.... great service, friendly staff and I love their hours.. always open and go out of their way to help the patients and the agencies.. I have been working with a hospice agency for a while and have tried other pharmacy services. Dr Ike's gave excellent services. Their staff are cordial & provides excellent assistance. Medications were delivered on time to our patients. I would highly recommend Dr Ike's. Special mention to Marjan who is very helpful.

I love Dr Ike's. I have been working with them for more than 4 months and they're the most professional staff I've ever spoke to. I usually work with Marjan Qubadi, Gevorg and Harout , they re so caring, compassionate and hard working personal that without even meeting them physically, I speak to them million times a day like I have known them forever. They takes care of everything I ask questions very often and they give advises based on their knowledge and experience and it's very easy to work with them. I am so glad I got to work with this pharmacy, it makes my job a lot easier. They are always on top of everything, refills and prescriptions are done on time, never late for even a single day. Thanks for taking care of people and their needs on such a high level. So grateful!

When it comes down to it Dr. Ikes , Is the best Hands down. Especially when it comes down to hospice patients. Everyone there are so Professional, Helpful, Caring group of people.I get to talk/work with Marjan she is the best! It's always a complete pleasure to work with her shes smart , always very helpful in all situations, she has a great personality/amazing customer service & over all makes my work/life easier . Dr.Ikes is just 10/10 would recommend ! Everything is Delivered on time patients are always happy.They are always on top of everything, refills and prescriptions are on time.! Just over all amazing place ,amazing people ! Keep it !! Your doing great!!!!

Ive known this company for few years now and I can only say great things about them. Helpful, accommodating, friendly and just great service. They'll provide you with great advise and just focused on patient care. Im just blessed to meet this great people, everyone of them. Great job guys!
