So many open windows and no staff to fill them.
They have one person checking in for appointments and non appointment line.
What are my tax dollars going towards?
They need to hire more people to fill these empty spots.
The lobby was extremely full no open seats. Instead of having those empty windows they need to extend the waiting lobby

I had to wait with two little kids in line four times!!!! again and again because their computers always had issues. Impolite people working there. Choose any other DMV, but definitely not this one!!!

Terrible decision to go to this hell hole. You can be as nice as you want to them but they will still give you attitude. Instead of making things easier they would go out of their way to make sure otherwise.

The rudest people I have ever dealt with ,never respond and you ask a question ,and everything that comes out of there mouth is rude, I get it there busy, but come on they get paid . Also customers can be rude i get it there respond . But I said good morning and they reply with attitude.

Day 2 Wednesday a.m. early Glendale DMV, i.e. adding to yesterday's great experience. We realized (everyone in line) this morning that BEDA is who changes-the-game. Early in the morning. Setting-up lines, sub-classifying us - giving us uber-accurate data. You can see everyone relax, even start chatting, a lot of that early anxiety is gone. BEDA makes us ready for the inside - and it's a terrific system. Thank you to Beda, really made my two days. Along with EVERYONE INSIDE, just a lot of sunny, friendly people. 7 a.m. how can they help you (us?). Both days I'm in and out of the Glendale DMV (incl wait time) in less than 45, closer to 30 minutes, that's incredible. JOSEY (Josie?) was the inside DMV Clerk who solved the next six issues, just one after another. Corrected an issue in the computer, fixed something else - it was terrific, thank you so much Josey. And everyone at the Glendale DMV - our Black American security officer also quite professional but so so courteous/helpful. Much respect to the Glendale DMV.
The Glendale DMV really goes out of their way. To make this a customer-friendly experience. They really really work hard at it. Got there 45 minutes, just a couple of us. Very kind DMV morning set-up person? Comes out, greets us, very friend, how we all doing today (now maybe 20 in line). We were separated into four different side-lines, went in one line at a time. I had B04 and was served with 20 minutes of opening. I still can't believe it. It was like having a great dream about the Glendale DMV, then it happened. Thanks for all of courtesy, friendliness, help w/o having to pull someone's teeth (those people with a one or two word answer). Just an amazing group of people - an amazing DMV. Much respect guys, we were all admiring you in line. Many positive comments that I knew wouldn't reach you. So I decided to write. Let you know about all of them, as a result (of Glendale DMV) it was a crowd in a really good mood.

I went there on 5/17/24 at 4:40 pm to pay for my registration renewal. The door was locked at 4:40 pm, so I waited until someone got out to get in, and the lady (she seemed like the manager) was YELLING at everyone to leave immediately as their system froze up and they had to reboot it. This was a full 20 minutes before 5 pm, and everyone who had been waiting there for hours got kicked out. The manager lady would not respond to any questions and would just YELL at everyone to leave and come back on Monday. Everyone was furious. Unbelievable.

I was able to walk in and get called to a window within 30 minutes. It was not too bad at all. Parking area is very small and limited.

I got the permit but they didn’t put it in the system due to their negligence and now I can’t make an appointment behind the wheel because of that, I am calling the office and writing to fix the issue, no answer, being ignored all the time, there is no customer service at all.
This is what I got in the screenshot when I want to schedule my appointment online but useless and no one wants to fix this problem or accommodate with my request to give me a sooner appointment

If I could give zero stars I would. Most unhelpful under informed people ever. It’s like the workers are not even trained and I have to correct them or else they would just send me home.

I had an incredibly bizarre conversation with someone, I believe his name was Mark. He was very rude, confused, and unprofessional. He couldn't navigate his computer system, then he told me I'm trying to "trick" him. He then asked me a convoluted question, and I asked him to clarify, he curtly said, "You know what, I'm going to give you an appointment..." then dictated to me a date several months out. What a freak show.

? I'm impressed with the people who I encountered, the service definitely changed and doesn't feel as outdated as it used to be, I felt understood, heard and helped in a very modern and professional way.
? Parking is quite limited for the amount of people that come every day.

Horrible rude attitude towards people!!! They don’t want to check the documents completely, they are talking as a favor!!! The female examiners are very nervous and are sensitive to requests to repeat what is not clear the first time! I will never go to this terrible place again!
