This idle store uses the tactic called “bait and switch.” It waisted me and my roommates time and money, after they even contacted us back via OfferUp to verify it was an actual store with a liquidation sale. DO NOT waist your time going here, DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!! There prices are actually stating a quarterly amount. The kid who worked there said there prices posted are compared to how a car dealership would …only difference with this store, is that they do not tell you anything about payment plans, they just lead you to believe that the price is really that low! Just a quick heads up for someone who ha there hopes up when you see the amazing prices…ITS DELIBERATELY MISLEADING. The saying “its just too good to be true” is definite with this useless store.

We got a side by side sub-zero panel-ready fridge and freezer set from them. Martin helped us out from the very beginning. He was very accommodating and patient with us. He helped us find what we wanted that would work best within our budget, and then he even held onto the two items for a couple months while our remodel was slowly moving along. When we were finally ready for the items he delivered them, and when we found that there was a problem with a couple of the leveling gears he honored good warranty and sent someone out to fix it. We're very pleased with the fridge and freezer combo, they look great with the panels on. Thanks to Martin for his help and ongoing service. I highly recommend this business for affordable high end appliances.

I bought my dream La cornue stove at this store. They are able to repair many high end appliances. They have wolf , Miele, la cornue and others. The store often gets new inventory so if you come on different days you might find something different. When I saw this burgundy La Cornue , I had to have it. It took months to repair so you have to be patient. The prices are good and Martin is nice to work with. My stove works great and I am happy I found this store .

I purchased my full kitchen appliances from here. Let me tell you, they were so much help! There were specific details that I was unaware of, such as the way certain appliances are designed to fit, and how some appliances for example my oven and my coffee maker can be stacked. This helped me tremendously designing my kitchen. They blew everyone out the park when it came to bundling and discounts, and they were super professional. Delivery was on time and installation was very professional taking precautions such as laying down thick padding on my new floors to prevent any dust or damage. All in all I have recommended many people to Discount Appliance Warehouse and they all share a common experience. 5 stars!

Twenty three year old Thermador range finally gave out. Sticking with Thermador, I quickly found prices sure have changed in 23 years! Looking to save a couple $'s, I went to Discount Appliance to see what they had. It was the end of the day and they stuck around after hours to answer my questions with no pressure to buy. I ended up buying a slightly used (but looked brand new) Thermador at about a 30% savings. They lined up delivery and installation for the next day. Very professional installer was efficient and tidy. The installer tested the range and found one burner was out. He called Discount Appliance and they sent a tech out the next day with the parts. It was a minor fix and the range is working great. Would highly recommend these folks to anyone looking for high-end appliances at discounted pricing.

Customer service at DAW is excellent. I dealt with Martin on a Miele washing machine that got damaged in the transport and delivery. Martin immediately got a very experienced tech from Miele to come on a Sunday to try and fix the problem but parts needed to be ordered. This took some time because the parts were not readily available and Miele's own customer service seems to have suffered during the pandemic. Martin was on top of them but when I could no longer wait he graciously replaced the machine with a newer model. I would definitely go back and recommend.

I purchased my full kitchen appliances from here, and let me tell you what an easy experience it was. I knew what I wanted, and I was shopping around, and their prices were the best compared to other places I reached out to. Delivery and installation was also a breeze because of their professional service. I personally prefer using a company like Discount Appliance Warehouse rather than big box stores due to the fact that they are real people, they answer their phones, and are extremely helpful and have more selection. I have recommended my friends and family, and they have all reached out and thanked me after because of their experiences. 5 stars!!

We had a really great experience with Discount Appliance Outlet when purchasing our new Refrigerator last minute. Inventory was posted online and customer service was prompt and super helpful, even delivery crew was timely and efficient. Had no trouble handling out haul away and new install. Very satisfied customers here and would highly recommend!

Grade A appliances (yes, they have NEW/never opened with manufacturer warranty!). The BEST prices. Very helpful and not overbearing... please, go shop there. Excellent customer service and very patient. They're just all hardworking, genuinely nice people.
