I’ve ordered a Yeti Rambler from them for first time and using same day delivery by DoorDash.
They sent me a beat up Yeti bottle! and not even packaging properly!
Where’s the box from Yeti!?

My experience at Dick's Sporting Goods was truly wonderful. As soon as I entered the store, a friendly team member warmly greeted me. With a clear idea of what I needed, I quickly located the item and found it displayed neatly on a well-organized rack. It was a hassle-free and pleasant shopping experience overall.

I love this Dick's Sporting Goods location, I go there for golfing and workout stuff but 2 weeks ago I went to a dressing room and it smelt like a fish market in there, this two older looking couple came out and sadly it was the only dressing room available.. I feel like that was inappropriate and disgusting especially since the man told me to go in,, I didnt think much of it..yall seriously need to have someone monitor the dressing rooms

They need to educate their employees on return policies. Now I'm stuck with shoes that aren't confortable after using for only a couple of hours because my return was declined.

Pretty solid store. Had no issues finding the bike tools I was looking for. Street might have some undesirables especially at night.

Great experience and customer service recently for my bike purchase, and big shout out to Angel in the bike dept. Bought a mountain bike online and had it delivered to my house, but 1 of the spokes came bent. Called the store and they were very eager to help. Angel from the bike dept told me to go in whenever, no appointment needed. He helped swap out the broken spoke, and finished building the rest of the bike in roughly 15 mins.

Great store, amazing customer service. I needed a golf club wrapped. Great selection of grips and took about 10 minutes to be in and out of there.
