I went in for the first time for a cardio calcium score test. The staff were very friendly. Shout out to the receptionist and the technician, Omar, for being helpful, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend.

Oh my gosh!!!! Almost a month I want to make appointment, stay on the line for 20 min. No body answer the phone if you leave a voice mail no body call u back. And when go the center you see employee talk to each other and laugh. Come onnnnn. If you couldn't handle a bussiness close it.

I wanna thank all the staff at Diagnostic Imaging Network!! I had my pet scan done here on 4/08/22. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable as this was my yearly checkup. I came in today (06/23/22) to try and get images to compare last years pet scan and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Star was amazing she printed my report and had my images added onto a cd. They are really compassionate and caring. Thank you Girls!!!

The staff is very friendly Rosie at the front desk is very kind the technicians that do the pet scans and CT scans are all very nice and friendly and understanding of your illness and compassionate

Answering all my questions and facilitating the scheduling of my appointment . What a damn nightmare!!!!! 1st he told me I don't need catscan w/ contrast. That my dr and attorney are idiots that he is a doctor. When it came time to insert the IV, he missed the vein completely. Didn't notice , said he's taking it out because it's under my skin. Now I haven't looked or moved at this point because I'm have CT scan on my neck and be told me not a to. I told him forget it! Just do the scan. I was literally in the machine for less then 2 minutes. I currently have a huge, painful bump full if dye in my arm. If it doesn't go down soon I will have to go to the ER. This place is dangerous !!!!!

Horrible service !!! I took my mother there and my mother didn't speak English the doctor screamed at her getting mad and left the office then we came back again and screamed at her again to understand and my mother told him no speak English and he still continued to yell at her multiple times very unprofessional!!!! Bad service you don't treat customers like that!!

Just returned form this facility where i got an upright MRI. The entire experience was very enjoyable. The staff was polite and helpful through my many phone calls and endless questions. As a long-suffering claustrophobic, it was a great relief to have access to this machine to get the MRI done and not have to deal with the anxiety that typically accompanies getting an MRI, at least for me. Now I can finally get to the task of diagnosis and physical therapy and a pain-free 2020! I recommend this facility and this machine if you suffer from claustrophobia.

They have two locations (that I know of; maybe more), one in Sherman Oaks and one in Glendale. At the Sherman Oaks office, I showed up for my appointment only to have them tell me that it was cancelled because their machine was broken. They couldn't have called me to notify me?? They said they would call me when the machine was fixed so that I could reschedule. Weeks went by. I finally called them, and they said I was supposed to call them to schedule my new appointment! As if I'm psychic and I know when their machine is fixed? Two ladies working the front counter - one (Hispanic) was extremely rude, and the other (Russian?) was nice enough but her accent was so horribly thick that I struggled to communicate with her. The technician at this office (Philippino guy) was super nice, friendly, and good at his job. Glendale office: I got a scan done there and they had me swallow barium sulphate. Two weeks later, I'm still suffering with horrific stomach upset. I called there to inquire why nobody had given me after-care instructions to drink a lot of water to flush it out of my system. The lady insisted that all patients are told to drink lots of water. Nope, not me. The technician who works here (white guy) was top-notch and very friendly and knowledgeable, but why am I encountering yet another (Russian?) lady at this office who has such a thick accent that communication with her is almost impossible? Advice to the hiring department: when you hire someone to work the front office and answer phones, hire someone who speaks clear English without an accent. If you want to hire someone who has a thick accent, then I'm sure you can find a position for them that doesn't necessitate communication with customers. And if you get a lot of Yelp reviews complaining that your receptionists are rude, then consider firing them.

I made an appointment over the phone for a CT scan, was initially told the type of scan I’m getting needs to be performed on a certain day. I called back, knowing the specific type that I’ll need and the receptionist booked me. The day of I go in and they tell me that the scan I need cannot be performed on that day. Whoever I spoke to should’ve doubled check if clearly there are multiples version of the scan that cannot be done on any day. A waste of my time and very incompetent workers. Won’t be returning

This place is truly awful. I had a terrible experience. They stuck me with a needle 6 times until they found my vein. My vein is easy to find. No blood lab has ever had this much difficulty. The level of pain and inconvenience they caused me is not worth it. In addition they blew through my vein Bc of the way they positioned my arm and I was not able to take the CT scan after all was said and done. Worst experience. My hand is still hurting from the second moron technician sticking me all over my hand in an effort to find a vein. The level of incompetence here is astounding.

I've had two mammograms and two ultrasounds here and my experiences have all been very good. After checking in for my appointments, there was very little if any wait. The front desk personnel are friendly and efficient. Susan (ultrasounds) and Angela (mammograms) are absolute sweethearts and are very skilled at what they do. I've had bad technicians in the past who herd you through the process like cattle and then come back with "inconclusive" results. Not these ladies..they are true professionals. I'm happy to return here again whenever I need any imaging done.
