6 months ago I had dental surgery. When I went to this pharmacy to fill the prescription they said they would contact me when filled. After a day of waiting as the pain intensified I called to ask the status of my prescription. I was then told it was on backorder. Fast forward to today. I'm back at the dentist and undergoing dental. I go into the pharmacy again and I am told it is still on backorder.

I made an appointment at the CVS on San Fernando & Los Feliz in order to get a Covid booster. I made a legal name change a month ago to help escape the memories of an abusive family. So, I changed my name in the CVS system BEFORE I made the appt.
However when I got there, the CVS computer system had not updated the change, which was aggravating, and so I provided my new ID and my Medicare card to prove that I was who I was. Of course, everything matched up, DL #, d.o.b. and ins #. Buuuut…
Problem is, pharmacist Hui Yang kept on calling me by my former name after I told her several times to stop! She just wouldn't quit even after I had proved my identity! I finally had to threaten to talk to her supervisor to get her to stop. How rude!
Hui Yang's excuse was “we have to make sure it's you”. Well, you already made sure it was me when you identified me. There is a big difference between being careful and completely ignoring the wishes of your client. How unprofessional!
Later when I checked my email for the vaccination card I found out that Hui Yang had changed my name back to the old one without my permission... isn't it against the law to change a person's medical records without their permission?! What incompetence!

I want to give high praise to this CVS pharmacy. The druggist, Raffi, went above and beyond to fill a prescription I urgently needed but that I had sent to the wrong CVS a long distance from my home. that was my error and i didn't realize it. Raffi transferred the prescription and filled it on the spot even though it was close to closing time. This really touched me. And Tatervik, another pharmacy was very helpful in making sure my needs were taken care of and using my insurance! Thank you both and CVS! I am fan!!

The big guy that works overnight is rude, both to customers and colleagues...I've gone to this location multiple times at night, and it's always the same story. I always say "hello" when Im in the store to the large gentleman, and he always just stares at me like he is going to "attack," or waiting for me to attack...he doesn't say anything...just stares... like sociopath lol...on another occasion I've heard him curse at his old asian male colleague...because he was "slow".... of course the old dude is going to be "slow"...He is old!!! No need to treat him horribly for it specially with customers around....

I called this CVS today and my call was met by a friendly, calm voice who stated “let me see how I can help you” after I frantically rattled my concerns (unrelated to CVS) off to him. He was polite, friendly, professional and above all - he was sincere in his offer to help me resolve my issue. He looked into my complaint and validated my concerns. That alone was so nice… to not be dismissed. Then he got into the solution and explained the steps he was going to take to help me solve my problem with my doctor. He called me back quickly to confirm what he had done to get in touch with them. He went way above and beyond to help me. I was crying and frustrated. He was so kind and helpful. At the end of the call, I expressed my gratitude and asked him who he was and he said “I’m Ted; I’m one of the pharmacists here and I’m happy to help you.” What an absolutely incredible human being. Thank you Ted and thank you CVS.

wild that I'm writing a review for CVS but I have never had anything but absolutely incredible customer service at this pharmacy. Everyone is so consistently friendly and happy to help. This is a busy place so you do have to wait sometimes but they are doing their best.

If you want to waste your time like 20-30 mins walking around and beg an employee to come over and get that thing locked in the box and after hunting them down they tell you I will be there in a moment and you can still see them how they slowly take their time with stupid stuff and walk slow and don’t even bother to come and get you the product its your place. Every time!!! This is the last time Im visiting this store!

ok this is a medium sized CVS. &usually a CVS would NEVER get 5 stars from me butttt at this one I didn't have to wait FOREVER&A HALF for someone to open the cabinet for me with a key&also oddly enuf they actually had semi competent people working the registers!
