Employees are incredibly unhelpful. I have problems all the time. Today, for example, I went to pick up my medicines in the evening and explicitly told them which ones I wanted. They said only one was ready (even though both had been called in during the morning). Then pharmacist asked me a question about it and told me to wait for it to be filled. I waited for 20 minutes and then went back to the pharmacy counter and picked it up. I got home and realized that they had filled the precise medicine that I told them NOT to fill. Now, I have to go back. As I was checking out, I tried to buy some other items, one of which allegedly did not scan. Instead of trying to fix the problem, the employees waved me off and told me to just pay for the medicine and then go to the front counter to pay for the rest of my items. Another time, they tried to charge me $200 for one of my medicines. I insisted on talking to the pharmacist, and after several minutes I was told insurance was coming up as AETNA (which it isn't). It took several minutes to resolve the situation. I never got any explanation for the error. Also, I am signed up for delivery, but this summer their delivery service was inoperable for several weeks. Apparently, it's working again, but I can NEVER get ahold of anyone on the phone to ask them to deliver it. I never receive text messages letting me know that I can request delivery (as with other CVS pharmacies). A few weeks ago I called and was on hold for 45 minutes and finally hung up.

I come here once a month to make a payment thru money gram. I never been asked here or any where else for id to make my payment but the one time i dont bring my id this girl ask me for it. I asked her why i needed it & she told me it's mandatory. Must be some new rule i haven't been updated with.

Had a vaccine APPOINTMENT at 5. I showed up a few minutes early and waited a few min to be attended at the pharmacy. Then, I was told they weren’t available for vaccine/ at the moment and to come back tomorrow in the morning. How are you not going to have a vaccine ready for someone who has an appointment???

I have used CVS my ENTIRE life and I am 61 (back when the name used to be Eckerd Drugs) CVS has NEVER failed my family and I We have always built a great rapport with the pharmacists because my dad was a diabetic etc He was also a physician (Cardiologist) and would say CVS was the only group he trusted When the pandemic started CVS was our "go to" for lysol, Purell, meds, masks, gloves etc etc I've lived in several states on both coasts in the US and YES I always use CVS This location gave us (3 of us) our two Moderna Vaccines and the Pharmacists and their staff could not have been more pleasant and informative I am in the healthcare field and I always appreciate when others in healthcare treat their clients with respect, dignity and concern.........,,ESPECIALLY during this horrible pandemic Thank you CVS for making life safer and giving your clients peace of mind

This CVS is so unprofessional. They take forever to refill prescriptions and when calling it's always hard getting someone on the phone. I've been calling and calling and when finally someone answers, they say please hold and 30 min later nothing. I'm changing pharmacies!!!!

Do yourself a favor do not try their photo service. The quality is so bad and employees are not trained on using the machine + plus + it is more expensive than a regular (professional) photo studio shop. I had been advised to not to try it. But it was way worst than what I thought.My advice to CVS, cancel out this service, it makes you loss customer rather than gaining customers (this is just in case you read my comment, I doubt).

They have a big section for photo service but they don't bother themselves to help you out, I was standing there for more than 1 hour and trying to print out my own passport photo but the background turned out to be blue!! and the cropping did not work properly so even the size was not accurate and when I begged them to answer my questions they said it is self service, we don't know anything about it, even I saw an elderly couple waiting there for so long to take a passport pic but a girl told them the camera is not working which could say it earlier!! Except for one guy who was working there and at the end guided me to go somewhere else to do this simple task, all others were useless

Terrible!! Pharmacy is a pain... you will need to take pills for the headache that you have to go through waiting in line and foremost the phone serviceBeen on hold for over 30 minutes two days in a row!!! I am so done with this going on for years !!!! I will be changing pharmacy location today...

Meenoa, the male manager was rude. He was very unprofessional, treats customers badly, bad manners, wrong conduct, needs anger management training and needs training with good public relations.

Nice location, big parking lot which I like the most :) good customer service, polite and professional, pharmacist are helpful! Just make sure to carry your cvs card for savings, sometimes phone numbers don’t work intentionally or unintentionally... and always double check your coupons otherwise this store can get very expensive without the coupons... overall nice location!
