I really don't like that cashiers try to connect you to services and pretend that this is normal. Before CONNECTING anything, make some kind of SUBSCRIPTION, tell the CUSTOMER about it!!

Poor customer service! They don't issue the coupons as its advertised. On the ad it is stated Any of Loreal shampoo or Conditioner qualifies for Cupon, but becuz they didn't scan & label all the qualified products they didn't pop up in the system therefore we couldn't receive the Cupon. Asked the employee and she scammed and said this item is not eligible because theres no label underneath the product, however thats because they didn't do their job right! Called customer service and they confirmed that the purchase is qualified for Cupon and they were able to issue it. Please train your employees better to save customers!

Taleen, the sales representative of CVS at 1122 East Broadway branch did an exceptional customer service. She was very patient and care for her customer. I would commend her for being one of the best customer experience I had in any CVS store.

This CVS location taught me a very valuable lesson about ordering ahead and stockpiling your supplies. Two weeks ago my clinic switched me to injections and sent the prescription here. Initially there was some confusion about my prescription and I had to go back-and-forth with the pharmacists and my clinic to confirm that the prescription had been sent here. Of course they blew off the coupon that it had been sent with, like they do with every other prescription that I've had filled here. But this time they decided to completely screw me by not ordering the prescribed needles or syringes until I asked and telling me I had to wait a week to get them (at this point I had run out of my previous supply). One week passes and all they have ready are the injection needles which were 2 gauges too large, the rest was delayed another week. A week later after another call to my clinic they once again verified my prescription had been sent there and it was ready, but when I show up to get the drawing needles and syringes, they tell me they're out of those needles somehow. They had no explanation for how they could not fill my prescription WHICH HAD BEEN SENT TO THEM LAST YEAR. Instead they sold me syringes for insulin and told me to use them to draw the medication (they were 25 gauge which is WAY too small to draw my medication which is very thick, no idea why they told me to do that. And they were too short to be used intramuscular so I was forced to draw AND inject both with the 23 gauge needles for my first time).TLDR do not send your prescription to these idiots. I was forced to wait for 2 weeks without my meds only to receive the wrong injection supplies. I'm telling my endo to never recommend this dump to anyone else.

This stir has to have one of the worst bug retail pharmacy hours I have seen. Not only do they advertise their hours here as 10am--6pm on the weekends, they are not actually operating at those times. I came in on a Saturday only to find them closed at 5:15pm. Then I come back in a Sunday at 10:45 am only to find them... you guessed it- closed! They open at 11am. Absolutely ridiculous and frustrating. Minimally, check your advertised times so you don't have customers wasting their time.

Worse cashier in the pharmacy ever! The older broad is so rude...I hate coming here. ? It's my local CVS and sometimes I have no choice. When I do go I get the same rudeness from her. I'm not the only one. I've seen her interact rudely with a customer before me. She flat out told me not to go to her anymore!?♀️Geez.

There's a 17 year old young man who works here I unfortunately didn't get his name but he was extremely helpful tonight. I was stressed out trying to get photos printed at 10PM at night on a Friday and there were like six employees who couldn't help me at the Central Ave CVS. They were dismissive and clearly didn't wanna help me print my photos. I ran to the Broadway CVS and this young man solved the issue I was having literally in five minutes.He was kind, helpful, and I really appreciate service like that. I rarely ever even write Yelp reviews, but his work ethic needed praise! Thanks young man I wish I got your name.

I always find what I want at this CVS. The staff are great, but particularly tonight when Kristen helped me. What a sweetie. SHE is how all customer service associates should model themselves after. Friendly beyond words, so pleasant, fun and polite. I've been going to this CVS for years and then started going to the one on Central but if I need something to be on the shelf (for sure) more than likely I'll find it here. Thank you to Kristen most of all for making this old gal feel special.

Tried to have photos printed here, submitted the order online, and upon calling to see if my order was ready 6 hours after it was estimated, no one in the store was able to see my order, help me, or tell me how to resolve it. Oh! And I got hung up on twice after waiting on hold for X amount of minutes. Not a called dropped, or anything to that effect. Someone picked up the phone, took me off hold, and hung up. Walgreens has a smoother photo printer service

Anyone that deals with ADHD, depression, focus, fatigue or Procrastination. This drink does wonders. You do not have to take the whole thing all at once. A little goes a long way. Purchase at CVS.P.s. not a doctor
