Was in town for a few days with my family. Stopped by to get an emergency item on the way back to the hotel after a long day. The main door visible on the street corner was closed. There were lights on, people shopping and the according to the hours, should be open. As they were unlocked, I pushed them open and entered the vestibule hoping to figure out what was going on or get someone’s attention. The inner doors were locked. I happen to see a second entrance on the other side of the store. Now it clicked. I go over to the other side and enter and was greeted by an employee asking if I had tried to open the other door. I said yes. She acted all irate and said “well, if it doesn’t open…” I said sorry, I didn’t know. But c’mon! How about you put a flipping sign up to let people know! Excuse me for having never visited your store before! Where I come from, the CVS’s don’t have more than one entry. Then they really didn’t have what I needed so I had to settle on something else. Then the Receipt printed out blank. I told the same lady so someone knew and then she got snarky with me again. I just left as I didn’t need a receipt anymore. Terrible customer service.

I’ve been sitting in my car in the drive thru for over 45 minutes and they’ve only managed to help one car. I’ve been stuck between cars and unable to even leave because they refuse to help anyone in a timely manner.

The pharmacy tech was very rude and unprofessional. He was? upset that I asked about the medications that were prescribed before paying. After I decided to pay the $$$, the pharmacy tech guy has no thank you, no sorry for the inconvenience, no nothing. Customer service is really bad. The pharmacist who helped him was very nice and explained to me why the amount was such and such. But the other rude person made this place looked really bad. ? They are forgetting that they are in a customer service industry.

There’s nothing to improve at this location! Coco and the team are amazing!!!! Even my dog loves them!!! He literally will not let me walk passed CVS without us going inside! Coco is the most beautiful soul and amazing manager at any CVS, really store I have encountered! She is so personable and always makes me (and my dog Sebastian) feel like MVPs. Okay, it’s really my dog, he is a heart stealer lol!!! Everytime we come in she lights up and it is always the most pleasant experience! She makes sure we’ve found everything we need & always comes to give my dog a hug! Honestly, sometimes I don’t even need anything and will just stop in to buy something just so we can see her! Coco is a jewel! Coco makes me and my dog Sebastian feel BEYOND WELCOMING AND AMAZING every single visit!! Like literally every visit!

I got my COVID booster here and was super impressed with their pharmacy team. They were super busy but still taking the time to help everyone with great bedside manner, so to speak. I wish I had more doctors like their pharmacist who gives the shots.

The Rite Aid I used was closed so I was automatically connected to CVS. CVS's phone system was not very employee friendly and was very inconvenient for customers. And the phone operator seemed to be annoyed during the conversation and hung up saying hello hello. So I went back to Rite Aid. I'm calling Rite Aid today to pick up my medication. Everything about Rite Aid is customer friendly. So good

terrible service!!!!! you can die faster than they can help!!! I stood there first for 10 minutes for a consultation, I needed allergy pills and ointment, but they refused to help show me where their allergy department was and recommend medications!!! !This is terrible! Allergy medications are readily available and a prescription from a doctor is not necessary!

Good luck if you don't know where the product is located. Website said it was in stock and resorted to 1 hr pickup, which didn't help.

Staff at location need to improve their customer service skills and knowledge. Staff didn’t know the name of manager. allege Nick is the store manager but didn’t know the last name. Use the Self Check out if working otherwise, be prepared to interact with human robots who don’t know anything and are unfriendly.

Have been having my same prescription filled here for several years and it has been consistently horrible. At first they "didn't receive" the one year prescription from my doctor, so I would have to call my doctor, confirm they sent, they would send again (calling after they resent). Sometimes the prescription would get filled, sometimes I would have to do a second round of calls and I could then pick up a 3 month supply. When my 3 months was up my auto refill request never kicked in so I would have to call them back. Every. Time. If I was lucky they saw the one year supply but most of the time they would say my prescription was expired, which resulted in another round of calls to my doctors office for them to send it in AGAIN!In the last year the computer forces my prescription to a generic medication (which is NOT what was prescribed!) Which they would then have to override and fill my correct prescription but only after arguing with them that if my doctor wanted me to take that medication they would have prescribed THAT ONE.Last round (in April) they had to send my prescription to another CVS in Hollywood to fill because they didn't have it. But that was only after the back and forth calls to my doctor because the prescription was "expired" again and the correct medication argument.Today I called for my refill, surprise it was expired again. This resulted in another round of calls to my doctor confirming the prescription is not expired AND confirming the medication that they are sending to the pharmacy. (They called again after they sent in to make sure I knew because they know all about the back and forth)It took them two hours to fill it. The wrong medication again, when I call the girl said this is what my doctor prescribed! Liars! Now they can't manually override and this is all they can give me.I'm done with this pharmacy!!! They will never get another penny from me or minute of my time again, I'm taking my business elsewhere.
