Coach Simone is special. I have patients that I refer to him, simply because he has the eye of a doctor as a coach…and that’s a rare combination in the industry. He knows exactly where your faults lie, and how to get you better without compromising anything. CrossFit Montrose is special. Their community keeps you pushing, enabling you to test the strength of your muscles, but not the integrity of your joints! Huge props to Coach Simone and the CrossFit Montrose team!

It was my very first CrossFit session and I have to say that it was Amazing. Friendly atmosphere, the coach was very professional answering all my questions and correcting my postures while working out.My first contact with Simone was amazing, he was patient and gave me all the information I needed. Both the coach, Andy and the rest of the members were amazing and encouraging me. I highly recommend this place. Very clean environment.

Great Community! Excellent coaches and programming! The workouts are challenging but I leave feeling better than when I arrived. The coaches do a good job of coaching technique both mental and physical. I appreciate the help and guidance and the going out of their way to welcome me.

I was a struggling with a stubborn knee injury that led me to Crossfit Montrose. The coaches made modifications to equipment, technique, and weights to help me gain strength at my own pace and within my own unique situation. They are compassionate and kind but will make you work hard--a very good thing! I also was made welcome by the class participants into the community. It's a very warm and welcoming but professional and challenging gym. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I joined this Crossfit gym a few months ago and everyone was super welcoming. The coaching staff are friendly, top professionals, that will guide you & push you through the workouts regardless of your Crossfit level. Everyone in the gym makes you feel welcomed and the gym is very inclusive. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to make a change or improve their health/fitness. 5 stars from me.

I was very hesitant at even the thought of a CrossFit gym due to the negative criticism around the word CrossFit. During my first class I was welcomed by all shapes, sizes and skill levels and felt right at home as I worked toward my fitness goals. At Montrose Crossfit you set the level of competition and are only as competitive in CrossFit as you want to be. The coaches are extremely knowledge and are there to help guide you through and discomforts or injuries. Having the option to buy class packs to use at your schedule was really nice for someone just starting. Trust me when I say it won't be long before you go with the unlimited classes option and end up going 5-6x per week.

This is the best community of people to exercise with. All of the staff are extremely knowledgeable about adjusting each workout to your fitness levels. Not only do they have a great team, all of the people who attend are supportive and friendly, no matter your level. If you are considering working out with a community of people with the same goals, this is the place.

If you have never tried CrossFit or never workout using anything other then machines, this is the place for you! Super friendly coaches who encourage the most elite athletes to the rest of us all in a super fun atmosphere. If you have never done a headstand or jumped over a box or climb a rope, but always wanted to learn how, this is the place for you!

I am an occasional crossfiter -- I like the this style of workout to supplement my routine. I have been to several crossfit gyms over the years and here are my 5c:PROS- this gym is small which I liked because it was rarely overcrowded - the instructors are fun and energetic - workouts are a bit easier compared to other gyms I attended (and I am not a pro :P) - convenient location with easy parking - great friendly community- responsive ownerCONS- the membership fees - if you want to go 2-4 times a month there is no other option for you then do day passes. I usually like to buy 5-10 punch classes (to keep me motivated on coming :P) but for some reason theirs expire in 1-2 months, respectively. Never encountered that in ay other gym (crossfit and other type). Deal breaker for me.- cleanliness: there are 3-4 rags available to the ENTIRE class to clean the equipment after sweating all over it. They are not changed between the sessions as far as I can tell (hopefully there are changed at least daily..)- equipment is a bit old, but all functional so this is not really a huge deal..

I started attending more than a month ago now. When I began, my overall level of fitness was mediocre to say the least. Because of the stereotypes about CrossFit, I had concerns about whether or not this would be the place for me. My experience here has been great. The instructors are knowledgeable and more than willing to provide options to help scale the exercise routines based on your level of fitness. The other participants have been welcoming and kind. I have not witnessed any sort of judgment because I can't do things at the same level as others who have been doing it longer. Even in the short amount of time that I have done CrossFit, I've already seen a noticeable difference in my body and my overall level of fitness. It is definitely the most difficult exercise program that I've been a part of, especially some middle-aged adult. However, I look forward to going every day.
