Terrible vibe in that store. 2 girls kept talking to each other. Destiny was good and had good customer service but the girl next to her that also works there kept looking at me with a strange look on her face, don’t know what her problem was. Maybe she wasn’t able to talk to Destiny while she was helping me out? The staff should go through extensive customer service training.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! THE EMPLOYEES WERE JUST STANDING AROUND TALKING TO EACH OTHER .DIDNT EVEN WANT TO HELP ANYONE AT THE REGISTER !!! ,HAD PEOPLE WAITING TILL LOOKING AT THEM FOR HELP.WHEN SEEING SOMEONE STRUGGLE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING THEY JUST KEPT TALKING AND DIDNT HELP AT ALL!!

This Crocs was great, I was shopping around and couldn’t find these anywhere at the right size. They had a wide selection even though it’s priced a little bit higher than Marshalls that’s fine at the mall sometimes you have to pay more, that way I could try before I buy.

Disliked it here. They have a very limited selection in regards to size and the workers are not very helpful. They’re quite lazy to be completely honest. And they were rude and dismissive.

They have a very limited selection in regards to size and the workers are not very helpful. They’re quite lazy to be completely honest. There needs to be another store in either the Northridge or Topanga Malls because driving to Glendale is of extreme inconvenience.

5 stars to the girl who helped me exchange my hello kitty crocs for the exact same size/ character crocs! I bought a pair online and after wearing them for a few hours, my left foot on the inner part had developed a small circular cut. After examining the shoe, I noticed a small plastic like thing sticking out of the white circle part of the croc that holds the back string onto the shoe. I called this store and spoke to Pricilla (I can't remember her name but I think it was Pricilla). She asked if I had worn them and I explained to her that I did wear them, bought online but item was defective as a piece of plastic was sticking out of the shoe. She checked to see if they had my size available in store and informed me the business hours as well as putting the pair of crocs aside for me. I arrived within 20 minutes as I wanted to ensure I could get a new pair of crocs that wouldn't be defective. Pricilla and another female employee helped me to exchange the crocs in a very caring and rapid way. Bumped down 2 stars because it was incredibly hot in the store! Thankfully I was only there for a few minutes but this is incredibly alarming as most employees there would be trapped in the heat for HOURS!

Why do you have your staff working in uncomfortable conditions!! :( I went in today it was so hot in the store and the employees dripping sweat while dealing with hot uncomfortable customers. Just some crappy Home Depot air conditioners that don't even blow out cool air. Come on crocs I as a customer would like to be happy while shopping

Crocs corporate or regional managers take notice of all of these bad reviews -- this store is poorly managed! I bought 2 pairs as Christmas gifts in 2022. I went back to the store on 3 separate occasions attempting to exchange them for another size--I was told 1) we may have them in stock but they may be in the new shipment of boxes, 2) check availability by calling or 3) come back to the store at another date. I followed this advice until I was told the time frame to exchange had lapsed. The unseen manager in the back of the store communicated they would only give me a store credit. I was furious as all I ever wanted were Christmas gifts that fit. Finally, to make this story the worse customer service experience as it could possibly be, I went back one last time (#4) and found a sympathetic Crocs salesperson who told me she would refund the credit back to my card despite what everyone else had been saying because I "seem to be a nice person". I learned my lesson, never make another Crocs purchase again.

The store is run by incompetent teenagers and 20-somethings. They only care about get you in and out with your money. Manager is very unhelpful and makes you feel small and stupid. Are managers supposed to care about the customer? Or is this a bygone era these little brats don't remember.

Very dissatisfied!!! Racist girl named Valerie refused AND IGNORED to help my family (we are colored) and when was approached by a white lady she dropped everything she had to help her, I hope this store does better when hiring people!

I will go out of my way to come to this store because of the good service despite it being SO busy. Alyssa the team lead went above and beyond to make my shopping experience smooth and pleasant. Definitely 5 star service.
